Willow Barn Restaurant in New Forest

We visited twice once to just check it out. then we booked for an evening meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful on both occasions giving us taxi numbers and advice on the food. The food was delicious and although we didn't try the cakes this time we did think they looked lovely.

Absolutely delightful roast! The beef is cooked to perfection, tender and melting in mouth. Veg pure, red cabbage and an amazing gravy with a huge yorkshire. Staff is welcoming and professional with a constant smile on their face.Highly recommended!

My husband and I came here this evening for our wedding anniversary meal. Haven’t been here in years.Today was not disappointing, the atmosphere was lovely, background music was great, food quality was brilliant and tasty. Quick service, the waiter and waitress were lovely.Bravo The Barn!

Fantastic food, both my husband and I had the special of pork ribs with sweet potato fries, sweetcorn and homemade coleslaw. Both impressed with quality of the food with a great price.Our waiter Kornel was attentive throughout.Highly recommend!Oh and the cakes are sublime!

Haven’t been here for a while. Last time we went they didn’t have half the stuff on the menu, and the other half took what felt like a week to come to the table. Today went in there, HUGE IMPROVEMENT. The two ladies working there had their heads screwed on properly, were very nice and friendly and had great interactions with the customers. The chips were red hot and cooked perfectly and the brownie from the bakery section was honestly one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Just wish they still did breakfast haha. Will be returning soon :)

Been here a few times now. Has changed a bit from the last time we came. Seemed more of a relaxed atmosphere this time around, always loved the pretty little courtyard and it looked really beautiful out there. Lots of seating so would be ideal for a celebration, Food was really delicious and good portion sizes ( my burger was huge!!). Thoroughly enjoyable and the young lady serving was very professional, Will definitely continue to visit.

The Barn is a wonderful place and all the staff are great. Nothing was too much trouble. The complimentary breakfast was really well received and excellent quality. I particularly liked the crumpets with the toast. Gavin took care of everything for us while May waited on us at meal times. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay at this fabulous Inn.

The barn is such a lovely place.The food we had today was really nice and reasonably priced. It came out quickly too.The staff was friendly. We were also blessed with a lovely day so we got to enjoy lunch al fresco.

Very nice place. Only problem at the moment is that they have lost their carvery chef so no roast meals on a Sunday. The menu is accordingly a little reduced but what there is is very good.

Had a wonderful stay here ❤. We were attending a wedding so booked two nights .it was perfect for the church Mary Magdelene and such a relaxing place .The staff were wonderful with my 6 year old son and he loved the toast machine when we went for breakfast 😀.He had an unsettled night on the first evening and a bit of an accident but the staff were wonderful with him and the room was changed without fuss.Special mention to the amazing room staff and Tammy and May
