Rude service by the older male working 16.06.22 ... Asked about a specific item and got rudely told to 'Read the menu'... Safe to say I left and will not be returning

After asking a single question guy was rude and told me to “use my eyes and look at the menu” I would avoid. If he has no passion he should retire.

Pretzels were quite greasy and sweet.

Lovely fresh pretzels, kids loved them too. They have some great 'sticks' which are great for sharing. My wife had the ice cream, who said it was delightful. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Went here today with my wife and 2 sons who really wanted some pretzels however after requesting the old man who i believe owns this kiosk for some fresh pretzels. We recieved very unwelcoming and rude attitude the guy literally told us if you don't wish to buy just go somewhere else.How is this dirty uncleaned kiosk even allowed to be in a place such as Westgate?After the disheartening situation we came across crispy Kreme who's staff actually knows how to behave and deal with customers and we had some lovely doughnuts 5 stars to them!

Extremely poor an shocking service by the older guy who was shockingly rude and dismissive. The place is very dirty pretzels are old and greasy. The server needs to work ok his customer service skills. Zero service ! Total waste of space in the centre

Terrible customer service!!! Handedy 5 year old food while I was paying, she then immediately dropped it, I asked for another and he charged me for both and when questioned said, 'you need to watch her'. What, while I'm juggling carrying all her toys, trying to pay, oh- and most importantly YOU GAVE THEM TO HER!!!! disgusting service, incredibly rude (I'm sure if my husband was there it would have been different) overpriced and not particularly nice.

Very rude shop keeper, he had no knowledge of customer service, gave us burnt pizza, did not accept his mistake, did not return our money inspite of the fact that we showed him the back side which was all burnt. He just kept saying we ate half, we ate half. When we realized that pizza was burnt we showed him but no acceptance of his mistake at all. Bad behavior, bad Pizza

The pretzel nuggets are so tasty. Could come with a little less oil (still delicious). Pretzels were served fresh and warm out of the oven.

I loved Auntie Anne's cinnamon pretzels until part way through one I noticed that it was mouldy. Not exactly as fresh as advertised and has quite frankly put me off going to this branch again.
