Browns Cafe in Oxford

It’s a gem in the neighborhood! Great great prices, a variety of dishes, relative big portions! The food is not the tastiest dish you’ve ever had, but it is good enough. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommended.

The May Day breakfasts are delicious.

Really lively cafe.The fresh home-made scones are delicious especially when warm. And all the other deserts (classics and Portuguese treats) look delicious too.Perfect for a brunch or lunch.Friendly service where you have to go up to the counter to order.Both the beef lasagne and cottage pie were great with quite large sides.Moderately priced.It can get quite busy especially in the weekend so you might have to take away.

Good English Breakfast, reasonably priced, staff efficient and friendly. Filter coffee is good. My destination for late breakfasts and hangover cures!

Friendly staff, good prices and a menu including old fashioned favourites eg sausage egg & bacon sandwich. Well worth a visit.

Going into cafe close by, their card reader was so cheap it asked for a security code that it could not take, so I walked out to come in here. Their card reader did the job, so in this covered market I have seen alot of cheap cafes, this seems at first glance to be the best of a bad lot.

Me and the wife stopped at this lovely little cafe for a little bite for lunch. Both baguettes cook perfectly. 100% recommend

Nice English breakfast, apple pie which isn't too sweet was a little surprise for us, good value for money, staff are very friendly and helpful, a must go!
