Pizza isn't anything special but the attitude of the staff is absolutely unacceptable they act very entitled disgrace to the Oxford community the way they talk to foreign people as if they are stupid. Very dirty behaviour considering oxford is a very diverse city staff needs to be sacked and replaced immediately.

Wouldn’t return. Truly terrible customer service.I liked my food but unfortunately my friends didn’t, they both ordered a spag bowl and it was fennel seeds galore! Was a very strange and strong taste for a spag bowl.I would return to pizza express for the food but never this one. We pre booked a table and had to wait, we had a very unenthusiastic waitress, she didn’t even thank us at the end. No tip left, poor review and never returning.

Dreadful evening. We arrived on time and it took 45 minutes for us to receive our first drinks order. We the. Ordered immediately again to try and get our 2nd drinks in good time and had the wrong order arrive once half of us had finished our food and the other half were nearly done. Bar man then argued with us saying one of the drinks was correct when it was not. Then stating it was really busy when there were only a handful of other tables in use at the time.Let the Manager know of the issues and had him argue back to us saying that the issues were not true and we had not waited long.Proceeded to say he would take 20% off and walked away as he said this.Waitress was impeccable and gave us a really good impression, unfortunately the lacklustre management and barman made the whole experience bleak.

Very nice staff and they look after you well.Bolognese was ok not amazing. Lacked meat in the sauce and the Parmesan felt like they were rationing.Kids liked theirs and pizza is generally good. It’s a middle of the road place with nice staff so worth a visit. As my gran would say “if your children are feral and the restaurant is suitable for them than who cares what the food tastes like”

Friendly staff and great food. Never disappointed! Most of the seats are upstairs but there are some downstairs that they can set up for those who cannot get up the windy stairs.

Great location in Central Oxford. Tried some new menu choices which were excellent and quickly prepared. Our service was excellent very friendly and welcoming.I think the drink prices are starting to get a little steep, but thats the way its going everywhere. Overall would recommend you know what you're getting and it was well packaged here.

The food is a good price, the atmosphere is nice, cozy and spacious and the wait staff are very friendly prompt. The food itself is alright. The calamari is a bit slimy in texture inside of the crust, but the accompanying sauce is good. The spaghetti Bolognese is okay, it tastes like it is made with canned tomatoes and there isn't enough meat in it. The pizza is quite good and so is the gelato.

Oxford services, dreadful staff, told they were closed at 9pm says their opening times are until 10pm on a Friday. We wanted something better than the usual motorway junk food, but were left disappointed. We asked if they were still open as the doors were open but tables were all empty, no signs to say they were closed, a very rude 60 something member of staff with short blonde hair and glasses said "it's closed!". Normally these Franchises are really good, but if I could give this one a zero I would.

Brilliant server. Great food. Only the upstairs part was open which made man handling the pram up the stairs interesting. Could do with a lift or a more secure way of storing the pram downstairs - we were offered the option to keep it downstairs but it was right by the open front door. Was overall very happy.

We have been having our annual Christmas evening out here every Christmas (with the exception of 2020 of course) and they always cater to us exceptionally well, especially considering we are invariably a large group of approximately 30 men in a state of much jollity. The service is always courteous, correct and tolerant and the food is everything we expect, with dietary requirements for some of the men always catered for.
