Chicken Cottage in Oxford

Beautiful chicken, hot isn't spicy enough for me but they made mine extra hot when I asked, absolutely perfect! Staff are very friendly and welcoming, also the hot wings is to die for! Worth every penny!!!

Zero in customer service and such rude staffs. The delivery is not on time. If this is the case then you should shut down the store because you are not full filling the customer needs. Unfit to survive in food industry. This is the 3rd time I am facing the delay issue and that's why I am posting this review here.

I came here last week, I had wings and a wrap to eat in. It was very good, the chicken wings were actually even better than some that you could find at the competitor opposite of the road. I would recommend a lot if you want some nice and cheap fried chicken! 😜

We ordered food for a specific time and told the guy on the phone to have it ready for that time, we went to the shop and was informed the food was given to someone else. Terrible service.

I had my order 45 minutes late, the food was cold and the amount is very small and very spicy as i can't really test the food, and when I called to complain about the service they seed that is my fault as my order will take about 30 minutes driving, any way I got my money back from just eat.

This the worst take away that I have had.The chicken arrived super spicy and we ordered mild.The drinks were wrong but the biggest problem was that the burger which we didn’t eat was for food poisoning. Super soggy looked that was cooked from the morning.
