Food was awefull they refused to replace it staff not very helpful won't buy from here again

What an utter disappointment. Moved to China kitchen from my usual takeaway based on these Google reviews. Chicken Chow mein was incredibly oily with just some white pieces of chicken placed across the top. 100% not cooked fresh otherwise the chicken would have the chow mein flavour and be stirred in. Lemon chicken was just a plain chicken with a drizzle of lemon sauce usually you get a pot to the side. Will not be coming back If I had ordered on Deliveroo or just eat I would be asking for a refund

Really good food here and at a decent price too. The lady who was front of house/took the order was very friendly and helpful and made great recommendations. Great stuff indeed.

been quite let down lately by my chinese meal experiences lately and defo looking for a new favourite…very happy with the food i got this evening.. fresh.. as it should be!!.. i’ll be back and lovely staff with a smile

Under new management. I was shocked at the jump in prices and smaller portion sizes for example £7.00 for three ribs. All the dishes were extremely and unnecessarily salty.

Under new management. Food quality is amazing and tasty 😋 Deliveries are on time and the staff are polite and friendly. This place does not disappoint!

Food was very average and portion size was very small considering how much they charge. Asked for a large Yang Chow fried rice but got a small one and was charged £5.50, when I told the lady who took the order on the phone, she refused to take the blame and lied about informing us about the sizing. She did not even apologise and gave terrible service. Delivery time was extremely inaccurate. Definitely will not be ordering from them again.

Amazing food, really fast delivery, and it was boiling hot when it arrived! I’d given up on China Kitchen a couple of years ago, but I learned they were now under new management. I’m so pleased I remembered to try this time!
