Cote Brasserie - Oxford in Oxford

A part from a mix up of the booking and a subsequent "No show" e mail which was then followed by another email suggesting that we failed to turn up at all. The Cote was fine. Young,enthusiastic staff,reasonably priced.

Fantastic. Food was lovely and staff so welcoming and kind. It was my father in laws birthday and he was over from Italy. The manager who had a great sense of humour joked that the drinks were on him. Was amazed when bill came that drinks had been taken off. We were all overwhelmed. Never had this before.

Last time I went was about four years ago and it’s better than ever. Staff very friendly. Food excellent, tasty and well presented. Will definitely go again

Can’t thank the staff at Cote Oxford enough! Really friendly, extremely helpful - couldn’t do enough for us! We were a party of 15 - so had pre ordered food, a couple in our party were unavoidably late however the staff and chef was so understanding and didn’t stress about it at all. The food was delicious the service impeccable- we were there for a special birthday and they very kindly gave us some complimentary bubbles!! Really was the best evening!! Thanks again - we will be back

We had a very attentive waitress, Anna. She helped to advise our choices, and we decided to have the Beef Cheek Bourgignon. It was amazing! We have eaten in many restaurants, including Michelin one and two star, and this was fantastic, and certainly good enough to be at a Michelin restaurant! We will certainly eat here again.

Pretty good quality food, very attentive staff and an all round pleasant experience. The steaks were cooked accurately, the desserts felt fresh, quality coffee and a more than adequate selection of wines at moderate prices. Round it off with an Armagnac, a rare post-prandial treat.

Delicious food, friendly service and spaced out seating for adhering social distancing guidelines.Ideal for fuss-free, tried and tested place for French cuisine that is not over-priced either.Only inside dining, no outside space.
