Heavenly Desserts in Oxford

Truly a heaven for desserts.. if you are around pop in to experience some fantabulous choice of desserts.. the experience is exponentially amplified by the warmth and the friendliness of the staff..

EDIT: I am writing in regards to your response as I can not seem to respond. I do not share my personal details over the counter as I often visit the restaurant in person. There are at times where there are plenty of room in the restaurant for drivers to await but unfortunately your staff has continued refusing for them to await outside. If there is a place for customers there should be a place for the drivers no exception. I would like to remind you that I have not made a comment in regards to desserts that is served but the awful attitude towards the delivery drivers. Thank you for your response again.ps: I am not Marcos CruzINITIAL FEEDBACK:As people follow my reviews are aware that I firstly comment about the service and policy of the restaurants then the quality of the food served. This place has an awful attitude to delivery drivers where they make them await outside before food is ready to be delivered. Whether it is sunny, raining or snowing the same policy applies. Once the owner resolves this issue I will come back and leave a review on the quality of deserts and service within the restaurant.Thank you.

Most expansive dessert menu I’ve ever seen. These guys make it all. Croffle (croissant waffle) was superb. Cookie dough with gelato, spectacular. Do yourself a big favor and go!

Ordered on Just-Eat super speedy and delivered by a nice driver. The waffle we had was amazing they are very generous with the chocolate sauce and strawberries.

Ordered from here and was sent an awful flat crunchy thing which was supposed to be cookie dough. Ridiculously overpriced for what it was. So disappointing. On the other hand the waffle was lovely.When I dined in a few weeks ago, although the food was tasty (overpriced for short portions though), the staff were not friendly/approachable and gave us dirty looking glasses for water.

Great selection of deserts. Staff were extremely friendly and overall good experience. I have been back several times since my first and the service has been consistent every time. I would highly recommend going to this dessert shop.

So disappointed of their service, never go back.Staff were rushed to collect the empty plate and cups, then she clean up my unfinished drink cup when I was not at the table.After I came back I asked her where is my drink? She answered do you wanna order another drink?Hello??? You made a mistake and clean up my unfinished drink!! You didn't even ask ME!!! Asking to my friends about my drink?! My friends didn't even hear what she said, didn't even answer then she still take away, how can she clean up without make sure???Her attitude was disgusting.Anyways shop is well refurbished and clean , however such a bad staff training!! Absolutely rubbish service.

TOP CLASS DESSERTS AT HEAVENLY OXFORD!! This branch is definitely the best of all the branches I have visited. I didn’t like the one in Liverpool at all!! But Oxford Heavenly Desserts is phenomenal ❤️❤️. I’m addicted.
