Jamie's Italian in Oxford

Well. Food was average. I would say I expect more from Jamies’s names. The service was lack of attentive. I would not come back this particular branch. But I would definitely try other Jamie’s.

Very nice restaurant. The food is really good and the staff was really friendly. It’s also vegetarian and veggie friendly, I took the “green burger” myself which was very delicious. However the only thing is that it was very loud in the restaurant and it was hard to have a proper conversation with each other without yelling. Still, overall a good experience

It is the first branch Jamie’s here in Oxford. With good selection of Italian food for British people. Nice and cozy place. Easy and relaxing mood atmosphere which good along with the food style. Pasta and meat is nice.

The caesar salad could have less sauce on it but the croutons are nice. I wish I ordered larger portion of lamb pappardelle because it is actually out of a really good ragu base. Servers are friendly and just about the right pace.(The one missing star was because I came with a group and so I had a bit of wait for the whole table's food.)

Food is good, waiter was very helpful and friendly. I ordered the pasta which was really great. My husband ordered the project dish which was not good. Didn't give a 5 star as the food did not impress or suprise. Overall a good experience.

Good fresh food with excellent service. It's a little on the expensive side as you have to order greens and fries etc separately but the quality is there. There's always specials of you want something different and a pizzaria downstairs for the less adventurous. We took advantage of a kids eat free deal. Good value.

Who doesn't love Jamie Oliver or Italian food? There's a lot of food to choose from and not a lot you can go wrong with. Full marks for location, too!
