food is nice. I once encounter with an online payment issue but they solve it asap. Very nice and responsive staff.

The hot pot at jin jin was amazing. It was our first time trying out hot pot and the waitress was very helpful. She made sure to explain every step and even made us her favourite sauce. The broth was very flavourful and the meat tasty. The hot pot was all you can eat including soft drinks for £25 each. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. However, when we went there was only one waitress so of course the service was little bit slow but it is worth the wait and honestly not something that bothered me.

Great food but rubbish delivery service. Ordered at 5.50pm and still waiting at 8.15pm. Called and told it will be 10 mins when the driver comes back. Therefore impossible to be 10 mins due to distance involved. Would not recommend delivery.

Jin Jin is a great Chinese restaurant. The environment and food is very good and typically found in China. Prices are cheap and staff are nice. I really enjoyed hotpot there and I'd recommend the prawn crackers, fried chicken and pork!

I Ordered Garlic and Chilli Shreaded beef (Barely any beef actually in it for £7.30 was shocked,I Also wouldn't suggest the Pork and Prawn Dumplings (thought it was separate 3+3 for £8.30 it was Pork and Prawn together, definitely an acquired taste).Although this was a flaw I did enjoy the portion sizes and taste of the Chicken Balls and Squid both amazing 👌😊 as was the rest of the meal.

This place is amazing. We visited the restaurant and had a sharing banquet and couldn't have been more impressed. It is an informal setting but the food was fantastic (quality, quantity and value for money) and the service from the lady was faultless. She even let us change some of the items on the set menu for our preferred option. I could not recommend highly enough.

Order from jinjins yesterday for takeaway as was staying in Oxford for a few nights and this was recommended to me. Must say it was a pretty dam good Chinese. Me & my wife ordered the Chinese chicken balls, shredded beef and then also chips and spring rolls and it all tasted great. Would definitely eat here again when in Oxford next.
