A really welcoming all inclusive and diversive bar. Friendly staff, lovely outside area. Inside snugs and great WIFI. A student paradise for a book and a pint 😁

Since this place has been under new management it's been one of the best bars to hang out in central Oxford and Oxford's only LGBTQ+ safe space. The owners and bar staff are lovely and the choice of drinks good. I'd love a gluten free IPA or ale on tap otherwise I have no criticisms.

Busy, really well run gay pub. No food, but they are happy with deliveries to customers. Plenty of staff to cope with a busy night.

First visit to The Jolly Farmers, what a great pub! Love the nooks, books and fireplace. Really lovey staff, and a great beer garden too. Super cosy, sofa seating in places and most excellent service all round. Looking forward to coming back.

Lovely friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere (and a fireplace!). Slightly pricey but it's Oxford so it's expected. We sat in the Sherlock Holmes themed corner.

Great evening. Lovely staff and the best mulled apple juice. Just to let you all know your bus directions were awesome. Would recommend to everyone who wants a relaxed British pub. Nice atmosphere and good drinks :)

my boyfriend and i were shamed for kissing in this pub! absolutely shameful behaviour, we have never experienced such disrespect before, we were just behaving like a regular couple and then one of the employees (the one with glasses and beard) told us to stop kissing, yep he actually said that.definitely would not come back, which is sad cause other than this, the pub was actually nice.

Excellent service very friendly bar staff. It's a beautiful old pub with black beams and big stone open fire places. I would imagine pints of history have been poured and drank over hundreds of years! The pub as lots of nooks, low lit cozy areas for privacy for groups or couples. There's an amazing rear garden, so cozy with viable flame garden heaters to warm the chilly nights, tropical looking raised gardens with exotic plants adding to the charm, you can almost hear the gentle waves on the golden sands... You soon forget you're right in the centre of Oxford. 👍😘
