Kebab Kidz in Oxford

Really pleased with the burgers we ordered. They were generous in size and tasty and delivered punctually. Will order again!

Ordered via Just Eat. Waited over 2 hours. Claimed they tried to deliver 3 times I was at home the whole time. Told me I was lying that I was at home and hung up on me several times, EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone. Very poor service and now struggling to get refund from Just Eat now

This was the third time our order arrived incomplete. You guys should make it sure you're sending the right and complete orders. It's quite disappointing to know that your order is not included on delivery and you will end up of nothing to eat...

I was used to come here to have a chicken doner and its always very good food but just yesterday I tried the lamb doner and I was a bit frustrated. I will come back definitely for the chicken one and I recommend it. Staff very nice!

Go to the KFC nextdoor instead.Honestly, really bad. It used to be a 3, but i could tolerate it. Not anymore, it went downhill quite drastically over 2020 and 2022.Quite expensive and not very good. 6.50 for a tiny strip of meat with a few chips. It used to be acceptable, but not anymore. You'd be better served getting something from the KFC next door. I've had cold food more than I'd like to admit, they've been out of salad and sauces more frequently than not. It's really disapointing and I've been holding out on writing a bad review. But I needed it this time and i'm extremely disapointed.I literally wrote this review specifically because it was that bad. The few reviews I've written have been good. This is the opposite.

Food is not very good, customer service also not good. The old guy serving is only polite to certain customers. Not going to eat here again

Good food but worst customer service shouting at customers and not at all listening to customers, when customers ask for sauce or salad they will give a different face reaction. I desperately wants to someone make a competitive restaurant next to them then they will know what is customer service.

Very poor hygiene went to this shop I seen one of the staff picking his nose while preparing the food he doesn't even wash his hand after picking his nose luckily it was not my food that he was preparing. The staff are so rude as well.

The staff are nice people and service was quite fast, we didn't have to wait too long before our food was ready even though it was very busy inside. They also take card payments which came in handy.Downsides are that the tables were all very dirty from previous customers but no one had gone round to check or clean these up even though there were like five members of staff behind the counter. Then the food itself, was really bad quality. Chips tasted fake and their ketchup was like plastic. The donner Kebab is not normal Kebab, they must buy from a really cheap supplier - it had weird texture and tasted like Pakistani/Indian spices had been mixed in, nor the authentic Turkish flavour I expected. Grilled chicken was okay, not great.
