KFC in Oxford

It's a KFC ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Their chicken is HFA approved halal, so that's a bonus for some Muslims. They also now have vegetarian (Quorn) burgers, which are pretty decent. The staff were friendly. No sitting, only take out. I got my meal relatively quickly.

Made a deliveroo order (for lunch) and the wait time was 3hrs!!! Tried to cancel, but KFC would not pick up. Resulted in having to physically go there and still the manager was ignorant and tried to make me order twice while not physically picking up the phone to verify to deliveroo the cancellation. It's infuriating as they do not care as the demand is high at this particular branch but they are willing to let their customer service drop. I must say I was really harsh to the young chap serving me and I must apologise for that as he is not being managed well. He did well and tried to help me out as much as he could, to which I thanked him once everything was sorted...I hope things work out for him. It's a shame he is being managed by someone so incompetent...truly disappointing experience.

I placed an order about 3 hours ago and haven't received it yet. Tried calling 5 times but they won't pick up. What kind of service is that?

Omg where on earth am I supposed to start. Its so unorganised. And to small! Glad i used the machine to order otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get my food. There was about 10 deliveroo drivers in there pushing and shoving trying to find orders the staff couldn't keep up. Someone came back as they messed up their order which made me check mine before I left. Good job I did one chips were missing and they couldn't print me a receipt. I had to tell 2 deliveroo staff to back off and they were pushing and shoving me while I'm trying to get my food! I was also given a small Pepsi with my large meal. And no coleslaw which I didn't notice till I got home !!!!!!!!!! The store can't keep up with the demand. Deliveroo needs to move to the Oxford store for delivery's. I won't be coming back to the cowley store again.

Worst kfc i have ever had. I got bucket meal to share with my friend. 30 mins later he started getting rash on his skin. The chicken were over cooked. A night has pass still his rash isnt getting any better instead it’s spreading all over. Seriously so disappointed ☹️ wasted my money on this:(

Terrible KFC. To start with the shop is tiny and is always rammed full of deliveroo drivers with their massive bags and helmets who seem to get preference over customers ordering in the shop.The staff are not exactly rushing around to get orders ready meaning a long wait even if you only want something small like a mini fillet.The food quality is pretty poor usually cold,overcooked in old oil and things missing from your order and stuff in the wrong packaging.Chips are horrendousLots of stuff on the menu you ask for and they don't have any.Alright for drunk students that's about it

Worst KFC. Ordered from Uber eats. Didn’t arrive within the expected time so Uber eats told me to call them. When I did nobody picked up and I called 3 times in an hour. When my food arrived it was cold and didn’t come with the drink I payed for. Will not be back.

They need to change the oil, they burn the hot wings. They are clearly using low quality meat, the chicken sticks and is so dry, the chips are rubbish. This kfc is terrible and the food is disgusting….I stopped eating from this kfc, it’s not worth it at all. The staff is rude too.

I love KFC but I cannot recommend this place at all.chipsxwere like had been cooked probably 10 hours earlier, they were soggy and horrible. They put the wrong source on my ricebox and the chicken seemed under cooked in the middle of the fillets. I have also noticed if you pay cash they round the cost up to the nearest whole pound.

I don't usually leave negative reviews but this has to be the worst KFC i've ever had. The chicken was overcooked and tasted horrible. It was incredibly dry and I could taste what seemed like chemicals. Awful experience and I would strongly advise anyone to eat elsewhere.
