Leon - Oxford in Oxford

A new concept of healthy fast food that I really appreciated! I found the place very clean and the staff kind and professional. I really liked my chicken wrap and also the chicken and curry (even though I prefer it a bit more spicy). if you want to change from the usual junk food and you want a fast and easy lunch this is the right place!!!

Food was ok but staff was rude. I tried to walk up and grab a seat while my daughter was ordering, and was “greeted” on my way in a sarcastic tone and warned that I wasn’t supposed to just come in and sit down. I was willing to pay higher than other fast food stores for a more comfortable environment, but was disappointed about the quality of this staff who really put me off.

Lowest rating I could give it. I had the brown rice bowl with chicken and it gave me food poisoning. This is the sickest I've ever felt in my life and ruined my short time in Oxford. 0/5!!!!!

Was greeted by a member of staff and early and told by a member of staff that food service started at seven, perfect. Stood out in the cold for twenty minutes for them to then change their minds and decide between seven and eight would work better for them.

I was sat in the Oxford store last week on a Wednesday as I was on my lunch break and I was totally appalled with the way the manager meant team talk to there staff and have no respect for them and treat them like dirt on the bottom of my shoe for all there customers to see. They way they talk to staff in front of there customers I am surprised any one would eat there again as they were made to feel so small. As a manager of a shop myself I found this very upsetting as that is not the way you treat your staff for a good work force. I would not want to be spoken to like that I feel like taking this higer

Stopped for breakfast, and the food was great. Tasty and easy to order using the tablet kiosks. Only marked down 1 star due to price and the condition of the toilet(s) (one out of order) as it stated on a sign that they were checked every 15m however the one available was really quite unpleasant.

Staff openly eating food at the counter while customers were waiting.Was served a cold burger, and then a replacement burger so scaldingly hot it had clearly been nuked, lettuce and all, and jokingly labelled “warm” before being handed to me. The children in the kitchen clearly having fun.Not the first bad experience I’ve had from this monstrous chain.. definitely one to avoid.

Giving 5 stars as I didn’t expect myself to enjoy the veggie and vegan options. It is actually really filling. Easy to look at kiosks that you can fully look at the menu and decide. I did also have their chicken option but I’d say that this time round the veggie option was so much better!

Quite spacious eatery in Oxford. Food was really good, I ordered a Brazilian beans box and an iced coffee with oat milk. Very reasonable price. Food was ready in a few minutes.

Best veggie burger I've had in a long time, I visited this restaurant one afternoon over my Easter Holidays. The menu was varied and the service was extremely friendly. The food was very fresh and delicious. I shall definitely be returning here sometime. Thankyou
