For heavens sake, judging by the customers are mostly 50 + in my case 70+. Wouldn’t you think they would provide enough competent staff, to allow for minimum waiting times. It was about 3.15. I gave up in the end and walked away. (Walking is less painful for my back than standing.) I wasn’t the only customer using a walking stick. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went in for a bra fitting - highly recommend! Jackie was very friendly and patient. She put me at ease and it was actually an enjoyable experience. I left with three bras that fit 2022 me, not 2012 me. ;-)Only negative was that the loos were in a bit of a state.

We went to the cafe for lunch the drinks were nice but the hygiene, the wait time and the staff were appalling and we didn't feel comfortable eating there so we had to walk out. I could hear the staff saying swear words which isn't good for the little kids, they were also very grumpy. Futhermore, the glass i got for my drink was dirty fortunately, we got a clean table but there were no other tables were people could sit and eat. It took much longer than needed for our food to come out and we would've been happy waiting longer if everything else wasn't appalling!! I really wouldn't recommend coming to eat at the cafe!!

I went to Marks and Spencer at Oxford today just to exchange the top I bought a while ago-lost the reciept unfortunately-just to be told that I am not allowed to do it. Their clothes are not the cheap ones so I think I should be able to exchange at least- not good customer service. So dissapointed with Marks and Spencer!

Cristie was brilliant. Nowadays majority of customer service is non existent but we were very lucky to be helped by Christie. She went above and beyond for us. She was very professional, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She is a true credit to the store 5 stars just for her service

Went into M&S desperately searching for a dress shirt very last minute for an event and had the amazing pleasure of Hannah helping me find one. Hannah went above and beyond to find something in my size, not an easy task as I’m a little bigger than average. All the while keeping me and my partner chatting away about anything and everything. 10/10 customer service experience

Arrived at about 3pm on Saturday to find only limited service available. This happens quite often sadly. Told kitchen was closed. Many unoccupied tables had used plates and leftover food. Only one person serving and we saw only two or three others, trying to decide which task to do next. Staff shortage ? Seems bad management is to blame. Will not be going back.

Came for something to eat and was amazed at what it looked like inside! Much better laid out and everything seems cleaner and tidier. Hand sanitisers everywhere too. Shop was busy, but the staff managed to be polite and serve with a hidden smile. (Cashier Zane did make us laugh and was very polite and helpful in advising about bedding!!)Staff are always seen rushing around cleaning and wearing their masks properly. Table got cleaned twice, even before we got our food.Restaurant was a little bit slow as the server had to make coffee and serve and send orders. He definitely had his work cut out for him! Kit an issue as we weren’t in a rush.Food was fresh and well presented. Tasted very good too. Not a place I would normally come to but glad I did. Will definitely come here again. 👍🏽👍🏽

I primarily went for the foodhall and enjoyed was pleased with what was on offer, great service from the staff.Access - good, level entrance with wide electronic doors from the pedestrianised area.Staff - very helpful, the chap on the till was full of smiles and just the right level of kindness.Toilets - including disabled.
