McDonald's in Oxford

I understand you are very busy at night as most other eating outlets around close relatively soon, but that doesn’t mean that you become rude to customers. In particular, the guy calling out the orders and serving at the front is insolent and clearly lacks communication skills. Do train your staff better or employ new ones. Additionally, burgers were cold and coke tasted like water as it lacked any fizz.

Very busy almost all the time but the food is lush so.. Toilets are upstairs and would suggest eating upstairs as its alot more spacious

Ordered on ubereats for breakfast in fathers day.. and the food was pretty decent but the donuts and brownie I ordered were literally a brick, obviously days old and spoilt, we have ordered many times via ubereats before and this never happened. I think you need to sort out your due diligence Mcdonalds. Also you may want to think about using more than one coffee lid for takeaways, as the food got covered in coffee.

Some spot on table that need extra cleaning work. Place are ok with toilet. Upstair is big. The food is hot but need to wait to order and take the food (15 minutes at least)

Found a paper inside of my Big Mac

My family visited this branch on Sunday 24 April 2022. Kids ordered Happy meals and me and wife Big Macs. It was the most tasteless meals we have ever eaten. Burgers were barely warm, fries were too dry, coke tasted like water. If we were not hungry we would definitely refused it. Terrible eating out.

Food very poor. Staff unpleasant unhelpful rude. Stand and eat. No access to toilet. All dirty. When you eat you can be punched by dirty mop. Staff gathering not working. The worst McDonald's which I've ever seen. Manager ignoring any suggestions. Can even shout to you.

Pretty poor for a busy place. Chips were nice but wraps and burgers were cold. There wasn't anyone about to clean our table, I found the spray and paper towels and did it myself!!On top of that everything had McDonald's monopoly stickers, my daughter was so excited that she'd won stuff but then when we checked they had all expired earlier in the year! One disappointed and upset child and two unhappy parents!

Social distancing in place.Order via the machines and collect once it’s ready.No human interaction needed.Inside was clean and greeted by friendly staff, who offered a few extras to see if I needed it.

Nice fast food like any other McDonald's. Most spaces available at first floor. So always explore for more spaces at first floor. Toilets are bit congested. But can't complain sure to high Street presence. Staffs are more helpful.
