had the most amazing experience! the food was lush, and when the service was a little slow due to lunch time rush the manager came over with extra food and dessert, never been more pleased!huge shout out to sal for making our experience 5 star!

Went to the restaurant. Waited for 15 minutes no one even bothered to greet us. It wasn't even busy and then a white blonde guy came up to us while we were leaving and told that he thought me and my partner where here for diliveroo which was pretty racist as we are south Asians.

Got some variety of foods and the food was top notch!!! Was quite busy despite that it was Wednesday but great quick service with lovely chargrilled chicken and amazing starters! The only reason it could not be 5 stars was the door :( The door constantly kept bringing in cold air from outside and despite that we asked if it can be closed or be moved they said they cannot and we had to wear jackets inside. They said it is to show the restaurant was open but felt this let the customer service score down. Will be back again but hopefully as far away from the door…

Got chicken (extra hot) and corn on a cob. They tasted really good. My tastebuds would not agree with the "extra hot"description of the chicken though, but I know I have a very high threshold. I'm giving a 3 star rating because the quantity of the meal was painfully very small for the price. Other than that the quality was decent.

Turned up to be greeted by a guy asking if we were in the queue, (well yes we are waiting at the door!) to be told we needed to be in the virtual queue to get a table and there was a 20 minute wait despite tables being free. Went online and nowhere to sign up to this elusive queue. Not sure the online experience is working here to be honest. You’ve lost a customer!

After lil wait, got a table. Was in rush so just ordered my food. Always like their fries & Peri peri chicken. Just enjoyed it n move on. Didn’t much noticed the atmosphere or customer service. I was ok to me 😬

We came here as we had no other dining options as everywhere else was full on a busy saturday evening. We had a vegetarian meal here. The staff were very polite and helpful!

·

Nice place. Really enjoyed my meal. Only problem is the entrance when someone enters the wind blows through the restaurant. Needs a double door.

I liked the attempt at an in-store, online ordering experience and I get why it would be very enticing in these days of limited contact, but I think for an in store experience, it was a little impersonal for me. I particularly did not like to have to open an account, with personal details to be able to order. To Nando's credit though, the restaurant staff quickly offered an alternative ordering experience that did not involve handing over personal data! The food was good and fresh - Nandos continues to be a leader in fast food...

A very long wait for a table and for food, I saw my plate sitting in the ready bay for 15 minutes. There are few table dividers so they only used half the tables but service was still fairly slow. They must have had a lot of delivery/takeaway orders and that was why they were busy so it's understandable
