Notcutts Restaurant in Oxford

A pleasant couple of hours spent on a Bank Holiday dreaming of garden projects that will probably not see the light of day, but nevertheless a pleasant afternoon with a very agreeable cuppa and cake at the end of it.

The shop was very bare with nothing to buy. Was a decent garden centre until recently. Very poor!!

We pop In today for a bite to eat. We were travelling back from Churchill hospital and we were delighted with your garden center and the staff were so helpful and friendly it turned not such a good day into a very good day. We all enjoyed the experence and the food . I look forward to my fruit scone and cream tomorrow. Thank You so much.

Well laid out store. Clean and bright. Well-stocked. Lovely staff. Cafeteria excellent in cleanliness and service. Well worth a visit🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Today visited with my relatives enjoyed the Xmas Turkey lunch cooked with perfection potatoes were fluffy inside just perfect roasted carrots lovely taste with parsnips small and yummy I like my Gravy bit thicker but overall fantastic. Ps the exclusive hot chocolate was so good too great cream on that mmmmmm

Food in the restaurant was very nice but felt the tables were too close together for comfort. Often go to Notcutts in West Bridgford where the seating is much better spaced.

We usually enjoy a Xmas trip to Notcutts Oxford, but today was disappointing. I know it's tough times for everyone but in the cafe service was not as normal. Our ciabatta was thrown together and the salad drenched in so much olive oil as to make the whole plate inedible. Other trivial problems with the service and general steep prices on all products (particularly trees) made us less happy that we chose to drive there.

A few expensive but it does worth. Staff really useful

We stopped there for breakfast on our way home. A lovely garden centre the breakfast was great just what we wanted. The staff we spoke to were very nice and friendly. Well worth a visit

My young family and I love Nottcutts, it's one of those places that you can easily kill a lazy sunday morning!Free parking (disabled and child parking spaces available) play park for the kids (with a pirate ship) and a decent cafe means something for everyone.Great selection of quality garden centre essentials as well as seasonal items. They also sell gift cards, have a great book stall, children's toys and pets centre.After grabbing a coffee and snack the kids love to say hello to the resident parrot (scarlett macaw?) George, who on a good day will say hello back!Seasonal events are also hosted here, such as a grotto at christmas and a classic car show in the summer - both of which are great.Disabled and baby change facilities available and the cafe has high chairs.
