Love this place, great food cooked to perfection and quickly too.😋

I've ordered from here twice in the last week. The first time was expensive and the chicken was in a sauce that was slightly too sweet. Fine. The second time I ordered crispy beef. What I received was not crispy beef, it was deep fried batter. I actually can't tell if there's any beef in it, it's so thin. Really disappointed! I really wish I could get a refund. As most people pointed out, the place is really expensive, and I would really expect them to put in good quality beef.

The most overpriced and disappointing Chinese takeaway I have ever tried. They got my order wrong and the food arrived barely warm. Very expensive and really not good at all. Will never order from here again.

Can’t comment on the food. Because when we ordered at 7pm. Watched the tracking which said preparing for 1 hour. We then get a notification at 8pm to say the order is cancelled. No call. Customer service shocking. I don’t care if it’s NYE you could have called. We now have to order elsewhere and wait another hour or more for food. Will never try to order again. Ridiculous

Rubbish they give main course take away in side dish container. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there.

Best Chinese in Oxford! There is no other that does the prawns like Oriental Express staff. Also the most friendly staff! Always a pleasure to go there or to order home! Thanks to the entire team! 🙏

I've always had a good experience with this establishment, from both dining in and takeaway. My orders usually arrive quite quickly and is always bursting with flavour with just the right amount of salt and warmth. The prices are also affordable and budget friendly.The serving is generous too, the dish is good enough for two people! Their Ho Fun, sweet and sour chicken, beef in black bean sauce and garlic salt chilli pepper chicken were absolutely delightful! They were delicious and cooked to perfection! They'd literally make you drool!This place has been around for quite some time now and before lockdown, there are always a lot of people inside or food delivery people. I used to go here often when I was in school and that was 13 years ago and yet, the restaurant is still around and thriving! Even when some of the shops inside the centre closed down and have been replaced already!

I'm giving this one star not because of the quality of food or service but what on earth are those prices all about. 8.50 for some appetizer £7.75 for simple chow mien. Look the food is great but it doesn't justify these prices. All other similar Chinese food outlets are way cheaper like £2 per dish cheaper.I'd order more often from hear but at those prices sadly no. Disappointing. As would have given this 4 or 5 stars.

Tasty food and good veggie options, but they need to turn down orders when too busy. Yes Saturday evening is a popular time to order. But 2hrs 15 mins to deliver a relatively small order is not acceptable - I would not have placed the order if I had known that was the deal.
