Breakfast and fresh juices were delicious. Prices are reasonable with friendly service.

I used to love this cafe and stopped off for cake and tea on every visit. It looks like it’s changed hands, the safe are argumentative, they think it’s ok to. Question your order even if you’ve already asked for items and clearly stated you will pay extra. To embarrass you in front of your guest is unacceptable. Then you consider a slice of cake is half what it used to be with a 35% price increase. Don’t waste your time, you have many more options.

This is such a good place for brunch in oxford, the staff are all so helpful especially the tall french barista who served us. The lattes were so nice and i loved the art on top. The food also could not be faulted, and all came with amazing service.

Great place for a brunch. Just tested the full breakfast and eggs benedict. Quick service and good food 👍🏻

Fine if you are a student. Despite wide menu offered outside shop, only offered the limited brunch menu one e inside. However the food we got was very nice and filling. Though it took a while to take our order.

Came here for brunch a few weeks ago and was so pleasantly surprised, really relaxed and quiet which makes a nice change especially in a busy city. Food was good and I would say priced about right.Overall had a lovely time and would highly recommend purely for the atmosphere of the place let alone anything else, way better than other places in the centre that have a much higher footfall.

Food was nice and the atmosphere was really nice to sit and chat in, waitress was really nice too, did feel like they wanted us gone/wanted to kick us out as we took our time eating, even though it never got super busy. service was slow but I didn't mind as I was just having a chill brunch, but the other reviews saying its hard to get the wait staff attention is kinda true? liked but idk why they wanted us to leave so badly at the end lol

We did not have a good experience on Thursday 30th December. We had to wait 20 minutes before we got a cup of tea, then it was wrong, we asked for English breakfast and got green tea. i asked for a sausage farmhouse sandwich on soar dough bread, but this came on white bun which didn't agree with me, had indigestion all afternoon, we didn't have time to complain as we were going to the theatre and would have been late. The customer service was very poor, no eye contact or looking around if the customers needed anything, we couldn't get hold of anyone attention. Other customers got there tea and food much faster than we did.

Lovely food, a great selection of brunch dishes with quality ingredients but service is very hit and miss. Staff very friendly when they do serve you but its difficult to get their attention - even if they are busy, it's not a good first impression to be left standing at the entrance for several minutes without being acknowledged.

Ambience - Nice environmentFood - The sourdough bread was super tough to cut into, to the point we had to use our hands because they didn't have any sharper knives. Eggs benedicts wasn't great, the ham had a very weird texture and scent which was a little offputting. The avocado eggs on toast with salmon was tasty, had generous amount of avocado but the toast was rock hard to cut through. The coffee was half foam to coffee even though its meant to be a latte.Service - The staff were friendly but the waitress ignored us for a very long time and served someone who came in after us. They got their food and finished before we even got our order. So everything was very slow here. Was quite annoyed that service was automatically added on to the total cost as it was too awkward to say that the service wasn't great.Overall, love the concept of the place but generally frustrated about the whole experience here as it could have been much better for the price.
