Extremely popular place to eat out nice food

Although there is quite a varied selection, due to the amount made the quality does suffer a bit. I would put it just above the standard of a school dinner but below a descent takeaway. Having my plate taken just as I was putting my last forkful into my mouth annoyed me too, let me finish eating first

The place was clean and nicely decorated, the staff were lovely but the food was not nice at all. The pudding (like cookies) were stale. And there was hardly any rangers of food out (we went at lunch) use to be 5 star like.

Booked a table for four.Turned up a friendly welcome was given and shown to table.Drinks taken and told to go help yourself to help ourselves.Filled out plates and tooled in.Lovely hot food and loads to choose from.

Food was okay but would be good to have a salad bar and more fresh fruit instead of fruit cocktail. For some reason the desserts were really messy too which was off putting but tasted ok. Suprised from the photos how small the variety was. Should take notes from Bon Pan Buffet in Liverpool, it has queues down the road. Other than that staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Even though we'd booked, we still waited over 30mins for a table. Some people were waiting 2 hours that hadn't booked. The food standard was OK, staff were helpful.Down side, people eating whilst walking around selecting other food.

Food there is just amazing and lovely as for all the Chinese food. I'm from Asia, I know how all the food like back in my country, the cuisines they have are not perfectly like how I used to have but I really enjoyed it!! The price is very reasonable as well😊 Would love to visit again for sure. (I just wish I have a bigger stomach lol)

Very friendly staff nice foods in good price.We went there with my family to celebrate my cousin's birthday and they were so gorgeous! 😊 They helped us to hide the cake to be a surprise then they played music and sang the happy birthday! 🎉🎶 It was such a heartwarming moment.Thank you again Oxy Oriental! ❤️

Lunch is a great price . Everything is hot and fresh. Nice clean environment and staff friendly

A good selection of food here, very busy when we went with people taking a lot to takeaway also. Free parking outside, the building itself is a little dated and it's at the back. But decent.
