Pepe's piri piri in Oxford

A nice place to eat chicken with piri piri sauce. It is like a McDonald's, a fast food but ok. Chicken tastes good.

I ordered whole chicken meal just 45 min ago for collection. They served me burn chicken.Recommend that don’t visit the shop.

I normally love Pepe's however I saw how they are not very hygienic with their hands they make the food with gloves but also with those hands they scratch, touch others things and it's just not good. And the service tends to be good when the boss or manager is there whoever they are but if they are by themselves they speak in a different time and look like they can't be arsed for anything I'm really disappointed because I love Pepe's.

This must be the worst take I’ve ever had in my life. Freezing cold the food looked like it was sat on!!! Literally this can’t have been fresh - the chicken tasted old the lettuce and mayo inside like it had been in a fridge for days. Honestly utterly disgusting!!! what an absolute disgrace! I have been to many pepes brances in the UK and the Oxford branch is by far the worst pepes branch I have ever been to.Do they not use the sauce they’re provided with???! Really hope someone takes over this branch and provides the high standard of food you can get at pepes.The owner of this franchise need to seriously reevaluate. Seeing his comments of peoples reviews saying they are fake, justifying every complaint, and taking no responsibility just further confirms the lack of understanding the owner has in ruining a business.Horrible low quality food. Very disappointing for a pepes to be this bad.

Great customer service and food came hot and tasty. Pepea got some tasty chicken. I've been eating from this branch from years now and chicken rice is the top notch item. Amazing

Very poor customer service…. Poor quality food Ordered on Uber eats with special instructions for food due to dietary requirements and allergies all food came ignoring all instructions sent rang Pepes and spoke to Ali he had awful customer service and insisted that mayo was not a sauce and insisted I rang Uber for a refund as he was to busy and the drivers were not able to resend food out I would not eat from this place again after the experience I have had they do not take allergies seriously and do not realise the consequences that this can have for individuals food looked awful and was thrown in bin.

Good chicken XL burger but a bit over cooked. Old chips were used with new ones to fill up my chips portion. When told the manager offered to replace but too little too late. Ordered another chicken steak burger omg. Horrible. It is disgusting £2.50 down the drain. Pepes I am your big fan but this branch is very disappointing.Non English speaking lady on the till doesn’t help the order or service.

i was really impressed by their chick n rice, i chose the extreme sauce and it blew my head off! so spicy but really enjoyed it. The chips was also nice. Customer service is really nice and friendly and the seating area was nice and clean. the prices i guess are reasonable too.
