The service and menu choice are good. I was disappointed with my dish though - wok fried rice with chicken and shrimp. Not much meat and an odd texture to it. I would go back and try other dishes next time.

What a delightful scrumptious meal in Pho. Cannot wait to go again. Vermicelli Noodles with chicken and children's rice dish all washed down with a glass of rosè. Excellent lunch. Thank you

I Initially chose this restaurant as it is coeliac accredited; and I was blown away. All their food was fresh and hot when it arrived. My main was the 3 meat rice bowl; and all the toppings and flavours worked wonderfully together. Every table has an assortment of spices, garnishes and sauces that you can use to personalise your meal. I felt very safe from contamination as there are only a couple of items on the entire menu that contain gluten, and the staff seemed very understanding after informing them of my dietary requirements. Once the food arrived the staff also explained the best way to eat it, which I think is very useful for people if they want to enjoy their meal the traditional way. The restaurant is situated on the rooftop of the Westgate, with a very fitting interior, but it was quite dark where I was sitting. Also as a student, Pho gives 15% off (with ID), which is another reason why I’ll be returning very soon!

Turned up to very warm welcome and despite being hugely busy made room for family table for 6.All the staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly, the food was equally rewarding and none of us could fault anything.Toilets were immaculate despite being so busy.Reasonable pricesWould recommend to anyone

Great food and amazing service! We walked in on a weekday without reservation and we got seated in only 10 minutes and got our food in less than 30. The staff were really nice and most importantly very friendly and accommodation to our dog! We got a shrimp pho and a veggie one with vegan meat that was delicious and looked and tasted like real chicken. I hope more people show love to this place as it's in a great location and I can tell that all workers there are working really hard!

Great food always. I prefer mango/chicken salads and always the crispy veg spring rolls with peanut sauce. Amazing atmosphere. Only feedback is request for servers to wear masks, if they don’t, then to keep distance from customers even when taking orders. The day we went, 1 server were awfully close to my face, made me feel uncomfortable.

Stopped here as it was the only restaurant at the time without a queue, but we weren’t disappointed - really yummy Vietnamese food. I had a spicy beef brisket curry with was really nice. My kids liked their choices too, and my 8 year old was especially impressed with the kids wok fried noodles. Would visit again, if we ever had a the chance.

Absolutely fantastic !!!I love the Pho (pronounced as 'Fuh'), traditional Vietnamese soup here. Although they have slightly adapted it to the British taste by making it less hot & spicy, the taste is really good and it's the best thing to choose in Pho.Among starters, I would recommend Rolls. Besides their amazing Pho, the rice bowl (Spicy Chicken) is also good and worth giving a try. We also chose Pandan waffles with coconut icecream in desserts, and it was amazing. The ambience is quite nice and the staff are very friendly. They have good knowledge and if you are in doubt, they take time to explain everything to you.The only (little) problem they have is that the service is slightly slower, especially on weekends, and it might take up to half an hour for food (main course) to arrive.

Pho is one of my top restaurants in town for vegan food. They've updated the menu since I last went and now have This isn't Chicken option for lots of their dishes. This is on top of the new prawnless crackers they've now got for starters! 😍
