Roosters Piri Piri in Oxford

I placed an order via Just Eat- I was delivered the wrong food. I had ordered a Buffalo Thigh Burger meal, however I received 2 chicken breasts instead of a burger. When I contacted Roosters, I was told they did not have any chicken thighs so they sent 2 chicken breasts. I questioned, firstly why they had not contacted me to inform me that items were not available on my order (they had my contact details via Just Eat app) baring in mind I had paid over £10 for this meal, and secondly they could have placed the chicken breast in a burger -as I had ordered a burger meal. I was told by the manager they cannot send me a replacement meal and because he is fasting he can make mistakes. As a business, I said this is not good enough. He admits it was an error on their part but instead of rectifying the situation he began shouting and arguing with me and told me never to order from Roosters again!!!! What disgusting customer service!!!!! I think they forget their business survives from paying customers!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!!!

Got food via deliveroo. Chicken was pink in the middle, food arrived cold, mash potato was tasteless and lumpy, salad not fresh and slightly warm. I paid just under £15 which included a sprite, should have got a Tesco meal deal, way cheaper and nicer. Very gutted.

Second time this place has effed up the order. Never ordering from them again! This time round, ordered 2x piri chips, they delivered normal chips. Ordered Lotus Biscoff cheesecake, they delivered some non descript cheesecake that tasted off so that just got binned. You call them and they don't offer a refund or exchange. They barely understand what you are saying and act like they are doing you a favour.

good food different from other ususal burgers . taste is good and u can choose your sauce and i love lemon amd herb

Halloumi still raw clearly only cooked on the grill for not even a minute and wrong order for chicken. No customers waiting so clearly just incompetent and don’t care for the quality of their food

Shocking service. Ordered half a chicken and rice, which arrived pink... when i called the manager to ask for the meal to be replaced, he sent just the chicken, half an hour later and told me i should reheat the rice...

Disgusting food. It made me feel sick. Never going there again. Service is terrible!

The best place in town for hot wings I might say. Staff is very polite and take care of your request. There are power sockets and usb chargers next to almost all tables. Great overall.

Currently my favourite restaurant to visit.If you're looking for freshly cooked chicken and succulent burgers then Roosters Piri Piri is a must visit!Roosters Piri Piri is often compared to Nando's, however I find that the quality of food is much higher at RPP plus the pricing is a lot more generous than Nando's.I cannot stress enough how much you need to give this place a go, so if you stumble across this review and you're contemplating where to eat, then I'd HIGHLY recommend to give it a go.P.S, Not being paid to praise this place, I just really enjoy their food... maybe a little too much!
