Big store with many departments on top of food - from mobile phones to underwear and from drinks to household items. Most important - great air-conditioning in hot days!

Great place for the weekly shop, only downsides are location is on a busy roundabout (not their fault but accident at lights slowed cars down) carpark itself is not well managed with rubbish and trolleys scattered around, but inside the store was open and able to move around easily, great products. The 4 star is for the lack of staff on tills(most time are now self service) but also all of the tills for scan as you go were closed and only a handful of the other self service tills were actually open... sorry Sainsbury's but not a 5 star this time

As an out of town visitor camping a Youlbury it was easy to fine, good parking, has petrol station although this is quite tight and narrow lanes. Grogery shop was good, was catering for 170 camping, staff were very helpful and offered assistance to the van. Had good selection

Great place to shop. Staff proactively helpful. Very clean, quiet and calm. (No music). Very clean toilets. Lots of recycling bins for various types of items at side of store. CCTV coverage! The in-store restaurant has closed now. Argos outlet inside store!

Wide range of goods, store itself is very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful, products are clearly marked and accessible. Toilets are not cleaned regularly however.

The actual store is fine but going to the loo in there is another story and not a good one at that. I went there continuously each and every Saturday for 8 weeks while my son was at dance I’d grab a cuppa there in the cafe and each time I used the loo they were never a pretty site the soap dispensers we’re always empty and sometimes the taps wouldn’t work, there soooo neglected and forgotten about it’s gross.

Good quality. Good service. Free parking. Good utility and very clean . Also they sells clothing for children, woman, men and house furnishing, And Argos too This shows you have all your needs in one place and good cafe on siteGood experience and love it .

I am disabled and arrived at the checkout in (cowley) Oxford in pain which made me panic.. I had my little Granddaughter with me.. An extremely kind and helpful member of staff took my trolley.. guided me to a chair.. scanned my shopping and placed everything back inside the trolley.. So kind.. so thoughtful.. so caring.. ❤️ Thank you

Very disappointed to see that the cafe will be closing permanently on 22nd April. It was the only reason we travelled to this store. It's sad that all the supermarkets are removing their cafes or converting them to trendy coffee shops. Sainsburys are now no different from their competitors so I'll be taking my business to a closer competitors store.

Possibly the biggest supermarket I have ever been to. I'm sure there is bigger, but to me this store always seems big. It has a great selection of things and items to purchase. I would say it needs a little bit more thought/rearranging at the main entrance as it does seem a little bit too much going on for when one enters the store.
