Starbucks in Oxford

There for breakfast and coffee, always good food and drink. Service was great

Some of the baristas (especially one Carribean or maybe African guy!) at this branch make excellent flat white or cappucino just right smoothly frothy and "al dente" without burning your lips. Otherwise quite average coffee experience. What makes it really below average is serving it in paper cups automatically, long after pandemic measures are gone. I stop by quite often at Pear Tree and last couple of weeks I was never able to get coffee in a proper china cup. Even when I directly asked to have it "in", they just ignored me and served it in a paper cup again. Porcelain cups nicely lined up on the counter, however just for a show off, it's too complicated to wash them probably. Once I got and excuse "the dishwasher is broken". OK, but for so many weeks?

Although the coffee was the usual standard, the place was dirty, with food on the floor and tables not cleaned. Not busy, so not an excuse for not cleaning the place

Very rude staff. Very slow service. Staff have no sense of hurry and completely ignore you to talk to their friends who wander behind the counter.

Absolutely amazing staff. Great coffee too!

This occasion was a welcome to my 'mommy needs coffee' feeling. I made myself a flask of coffee for the journey ahead and silly me left it at home. Starbucks was there like a bright star show me the way to have a latte. The most welcome I have encountered in a long long time. The coffee was yummyThank you

Clean place with good coffee. Staff were very nice at our visit there. Can't comment on anything else as we just had our takeaway coffee there and that's it.

Amazing staff!! Fast paced friendly service. Good hygiene.

Good place to meet, but don't stay longer than two hours or the parking police will get you.
