Subway in Oxford

I went in and ordered a salad and got home, opened the box and it was half empty. £5 for 3 bits of tomato, 3 bits of cucumber, 3 jalapeños and a handful of chicken. Waste of money

Ants all over the floor And flies near the food and i also had little kid with as well

Ordered nachos, was missing some ingredients. Disappointing…

Waited a long time to be served. They seem to give priority to online orders, which is not good for people who work locally and pop in on short lunch break I had to give up and go elsewhere in order to get something to eat in time.

The female worker was quite rude and made me feel pretty uncomfortable, as if me ordering a sandwich was a burden on her.

Shocking, rude, never had your desired bread in stock. Staff totally oblivious to what customer service is. Never been so appalled with this level of service for such a large chain of takeaways.

It used to be high standard, kniw it's slowly getting down...with an increasing decline. Depends on the time of day, and mood of the employees. We all are going through things, hope they remember the joy...

Waited like a bunch of lemons for 7 minutes whilst a delivery was prepared . We weren’t acknowledged by either of the staff members, so gave up and left.

Staff are a complete hit or miss. Poor infection control and food hygiene. Watched one member of staff give a customer his change then put her hands ( with the same gloves on)In all the salad. This is not the first time this has happened so maybe staff need some more training. Constantly going in and telling the staff to change their gloves which make me feel awkward! Safe to say I won’t be going back.

loved it, fast tasty food service, for a good price too, i will be there again, soon.
