Sundaes Gelato in Oxford

Nice place for dessert, I recommend the waffles and the milkshakes.

Food delivered was wrong asked for crepes delivered waffles and asked for cream and got ice cream when I eventually got hold of them the staff were beyond rude telling me it’s not their fault it’s the system.. spoken to with horrendous language customer service was not a thing at all got passed to 3 members of staff but couldn’t speak to the manager as he was too busy for this type of thing !Never been soo gutted my autistic child will not eat waffles so I spent money getting something that ended up in the bin what a waste .

The establishment is kept clean and there are lots of dessert options to try. Staff are polite and friendly

Ok menu. No vegan or sugar free options. Not very tidy. It's does the job but could be much better.

I really enjoyed my waffle, my wife wasn't too keen as it was cold. Great selection of ice cream. But I have to say the cleaning was diabolical, tables were dirty, floor was sticky and the toilets are a health hazard. If I would have gone to the toilet before ordering I would not have stayed to eat.

AWFUL! Disgusting food (after a good 30 minute wait and wasn’t busy). I then complained about the food and they made me buy another one not even offer me a refund. Then when I changed my mind as didn’t fancy waiting further 30 minutes and my partner had already eaten his they didn’t offer me a refund and told me I need to come back in either about 1hr and half or tomorrow morning (when I traveled an hour to them) because that’s when the manager is due to come in. Im now out of pocket for 2 deserts and I can’t get over the fact they didn’t care about the customers.I honestly can’t stress enough DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Great selection of ice creams/gelatos.... So so many and they're happy to swap bits in and out of menu items to suit,Some members of staff not wearing masks behind and in front of service area, and a member of the team holding a screaming child behind counter.No instructions what to do for first time visitsToilets had no soap and hand dryer broken but hey, we don't need to wash our hands these days right??All in all a nice place to visit but they just need to pay attention to what they're doing... Its not just about the desserts

This place does fantastic ice cream in glorious combination! Had a Waffle Ferrero Sunday (not the actual name) and it was decadent! The only down side is the place feels a bit run down, wobbly tables, chipped paint & worn sofas but maybe that adds to the charm...

Big portions and good prices.I ordered cookies Ferrero rocher and ice cream (around £6,5), it was too tasty! But it's portion for 2)) I can't eat it.What I don't like:1) dirty napkins. I asked for different napkin, but was same situation. All was in chocolate. It's not a big problem, I understand that on kitchen all in chocolate and ice cream, but of c I would like to have clean napkins;2) why some stuff without masks?! Especially who makes deserts, who serves it... They were without masks. Really... Must follow rules.

Really nice desserts! Lots of choice and the ice creams are really nice. This place is only for those with a sweet tooth! I would recommend waffles! Really big and filling. I would go again and I would very recommend this place! Not too expensive either!
