Taylors 19 High Street in Oxford

This coffee shop is my go to for my favourite coffee and chocolate brownie cookies and vegetable somosa. I have enjoyed my visits every time as the coffee is excellent quality smooth and good caffeine boost I have a flat white the team are friendly warm and really helpful thank you so much kind regards Ben

Taylors are amazing! 🤤 They truly are Oxford's gourmet sandwich and deli shop, as they state themselves! 🥖☕ This is just one of their great shops situated around the city!Any of the Oxford branches you visit always serve the freshest handmade food and drinks, and all at very fair prices! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always make the food to the best it can be, going the extra mile with each customer 👌🏻 They have a wide range of deli items to fill sandwiches or baguettes, and offer other hot food, and a wide range of drinks too. You can take away, or sit inside or outside, at no extra cost which is nice. A staple of Oxford, and possibly the best place to get a bite to eat for lunch! 🙌🏻

There's two of these on the same street. Had a coffee and got a free white chocolate cookie which was really nice. Coffee is Illy the one in a tin which sits on the grinder., not what it used to be but decent all the same. Staff pleasant and professional. Reasonable prices.

A caveat, this is a review by a couple of American tourists for just one of the pastries sold: their marbled crunch bar pictured below, it’s absolutely delicious

There are no sanitary regulations in this place. On several occasions staff was not using gloves while preparing the ordered food. Once the knife was dropped in front of me while chopping the avocado - the woman just picked it from the floor (!!) and continued chopping. Avocados are always way too overripe to be used for the salad, brown and mushy which spoils the entire salad. Depending on who serves the food, i always get different amount of ingredients. Sometimes it's half an avocado, sometimes quarter, sometimes 2 spoons of chicken sometimes half a spoon. Very disappointing. This place calls for food hygiene inspection

I've had a few breakfast baps from Taylors. Really well made, the only niggle I have is that on 3 separate occasions I have bought the exact same things....a breakfast bap and an orange juice, yet on 3 separate occasions I have been charged 3 different prices. I didn't have time to query this there and then.
