The Cornish Pasty Shop in Oxford

Well i must be grateful as the staff who is operating did not treat me with any politeness. Was vey rude and charged my bill for extra amount. Needless to say, but haven't had experienced any cust service as pathetic as of this kind.

Went to Cornish bakehouse in Oxford in Clarendon center- cornmarket street,The most rude staff ever is Alex the worst behaviour ever seen,tried serving burnt pizza slice,when asked to serve another pizza slice he went rude over me and asked to leave and even threatened by calling the police.Stay away from this place the worst guy ever ALEX.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ROUGH BEHAVIOUR OF THIS JUNKY ALEX.

Please stay away from this place in Oxford the only reason is the staff named Alex,I'm going to file up a formal complaint against this guy as he is the most untrained and blunt guy,no respect for customer.I am never going to this place again and have already told all my friends to stay away.Cornish bakehouse please send a mystery shopper to see this guy Alex attitude towards customers.

Sausage roll unfortunately cold and staff informed me it could not be heated up. Slightly bland too.

Great pies very well priced.

I bought two sausage rolls and they were so warm and tasty!! I also lost my wallet just outside of the shop and I got a call to say it had been handed in. I went to the lady behind the counter to ask if it had been handed in and she said she would call security for me! She helped me locate my wallet and no money was taken. She is incredible!!

One of my favourite places to eat in Oxford - serves GORGEOUS Thai red curry pasties and Bacon and cheese turnovers, along with a good range of soft drinks and other stuff.Has some veggie options, but mostly baked. Still an awesome place though and wish it was open after 6pm / at night.

Lovely pizza slice for me, and "the best Cornish pastie ever" according to my husband.

Very nice service. I asked which was the best or her recommendation which was the Traditional Cornish Pastry. It was very good and would definitely try their other options

Good-value pizza by the slice, pasties, sausage rolls etc. Note that there are two service hatches - one on Queen Street and one in the shopping centre - and sometimes there'll be a queue at one while staff wait patiently at the other for you to see sense and take the shortcut!
