The speed of cooking is slow for a Chinese restaurant, and the attitude of the waiters and waitresses are poor towards the customers. The food is great, but that doesn’t make up the poor customer service experience.Furthermore, my wife is allergic and specifically asked for no garlic and onions in any of the dishes, yet they still came with garlic and onions. We sent the food back, but the chefs merely picked out the onions on the top layer and sent the dishes back. We didn’t want to complain further, so my wife didn’t eat and had to go hungry.

Friendly service and reasonable price for this high standard restaurant. I think owner has changed??? Everyone loves their roast duck. Definitely we will go back soon!!

sadly we always come to eat here and the food has been good. however, for the first time they're telling us that each person needs to spend a minimum of £20 in order to eat indoors.additionally, it is not accommodating whatsoever to any health conditions. i came with my dad who has diabetes and they did not have any friendly drinks options for this, and then refused to allow him to bring his own version of the drink - surely they should either provide the options or be considerate of personal circumstances? otherwise they just drive customers away! truly disappointing and the last time we will be coming here

I am sitting at this restaurant now, and this is the singularly most horrible experience I have had in Britain.Firstly, they said we need to order minimum 100£ (4 adults and 1 toddler) and then they served the a chilli beef with a heap of sugar put in, it was too sweet to eat. When we brought it to their attention, they said that this is the way they make it and ignored us for half an hour. They just want to make money, they are not interested in serving customers.

Real traditional Chinese food, super delicious! We love Mandy!!! 💯

As a Cantonese restaurant, the food was okay though not the best in town, but the service was awful… heard about it a few times, dinning there with a group of ten and some are not hungry. However the service lady repeatedly shouting (when taking the order) ”everyone must order a dish this is the rule so what you want?” I mean the Chinese share food so it doesn’t necessarily have to ask everyone to order a full course. This just wasn’t polite and make us feels like money cow. But of course take away is fine bc you don’t need their service.

Excellent food and service on our sons birthday meal. A first for us garlic chilli frogs legs were amazing, the scallop dish had loads of really well cooked scallops as did the king prawn dish. They also accommodated well for my wife who is vegetarian.

The restaurant looks nice, food comes fast. Unfortunately the quality of the food is very bad. All the worst quality. Wine served to warm and it is very expensive.Quality to price does not match. Staff speak very little English It's hard to get along. I don't recommend this restaurant. Coca Cola served already in a glass, slightly carbonated I think poured from a large bottle and costs £ 4.

Great Chinese foods with large variety for spicy lovers. Slightly remote from city center but offered a relaxing and quiet interior. Pre-book is suggested.

One of the best Chinese restaurants I had in the UK. Apart from the roast duck was a bit salty, others were all great taste with fair prices
