The Parsonage Bar & Grill in Oxford

Came here for a lovely breakfast Monday and had the most wonderful experience! It was a pleasurable Service by the wonderful Jess who was most keen and attentive to the table! The food was wonderful 100% will be back as soon as possible !

Amazing food, Place is beautiful, the whole experience was great! Worth every pound. We ordered an splendid ribeye, the salad was exquisite too, also a trout cooked to perfection. Dessert second to none, a delicious strawberry tart. I asked for mayonnaise for the bread...itwas the real thing, homemade!!!! We really enjoyed the meal

Regular haunt for us when we are in Oxford. Especially when the weather is good, as they have a superb terrace. High quality food and great service. One of our favourite places.

This place is not that centrally located but easy to find. The setting is quite nice and they have outdoor seating as well. We had the pork cutlet which unfortunately was too salty and could not finish it. The sea trout was nice and is recommended.

£33 for this 1-person tea, wasn’t worth it. The scones without the jam or clotted cream would be rather tasteless. They are quite small compared to proper scones. The finger sandwiches are ok if eaten in the right order. It includes 1 tea and when we told the waiter that they had forgotten to charge us for a 2nd tea out of honesty, they added the more expensive one back onto the bill…..speechless.. not good customer PR.. that’s why only 1 star. Don’t really recommend.

Wow! Really impressed!First we needed some help with access for a member of our party and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.Then the food... Absolutely delicious! We had a selection of different options across our 3 courses between the 4 of us and all of them were fantastic. I can't fairly offer a recommendation as all our choices would qualify.We'd absolutely come back again.

There were a number of places recommended to us by friends in Oxford, but we are very glad we ended up having lunch here. Both the food and the service were exceptional, even given this category of establishment. We expected more here and received it.We had no booking, but they were able to fit us in and give us an exceptional meal and experience. We will definitely visit again, when in Oxford.We had planned to lift a pint at Eagle and Child to Aslan and Bilbo, but given that location has been shuttered, this was a definite upgrade.The Pisco Sour and Good Old Fashioned were both well crafted cocktails. With lunch, we had a pitcher of their house Pinot Grigio.She had the halibut and it was quite good, but I have to say that my beef roast was the best roast I have had in the UK, since moving here five months ago.The créme brûlée was correct and the quince crumble was quite good. We decided that we should have shared the crumble, but that is only because we are now so full.

We had a really lovely anniversary meal on the patio here. We were incredibly impressed with the food and the service, and happily surprised by what extensive measures the staff took to make us comfortable during covid (masks, distancing, and plastic screens inside.) The food was great, but the desserts were particularly excellent - we got the treacle tart and chocolate cake and both were sublime.
