The Shake Lab in Oxford

I went there few times and I'm still confused... Shakes looks nice - dipping plastic cup with chocolate what I'll not eat bit uneccesary and for this price watery milkshake not worth it - or I may miss something...

Ordered a crunchie milkshake, paid just short of £6 for it and it was tiny and tasted of just ice cream. Wouldn’t go back.

Great, thick milkshake from this place. Lots of flavour and toppings. Can't understand the negative reviews - maybe an angry ex-employee?

Service was good from the male employee. We tried the crepe and the ice cream and both tasted lovely.

Staff are rude, inept and very petty like their business next door. Management operate with no logic, happy to be wasteful and like to tell customers they are wrong. Avoid unless you love to support souless corporate companies who dont care about customers.

Ordered an Oreo milkshake, there was so much cream on top & it didn’t taste of anything apart from cream! When I got to the end of the milkshake it started to taste really gloopy. I paid £5.85 which is ridiculous.

You don’t need warm weather to enjoy these cold treats! My fav is Oreo toppings. Some people said in their reviews that the ice cream is flavourless, but I find them light and not too overpowering; guess what! You can taste the milk 🥛, kinda like a milk ice cream 🍦

Tried aero mint milkshake, it was really nice but i didnt like the creamAnd i think it have changed the adress? Im not sure
