Went for a roast dinner didn't have to book must say the roast dinner was the best roast I've had in a long time it was served quickly and nice and hot will definitely return the staff were friendly aswell

We had not been to this local pub for a while and were delighted to find they now have Bangladeshi and Indian food on offer. Shirin's food is very tasty and cooked with love and care. We had the thali and loved it.

Excellent traditional Sunday Roast place with all necessary ingredients and 3 meats 🍖 to choose from - pork, lamb or chicken. Sauces included: apple sauce, mint 👌and cranberry sauce. Sunday midday is better to order it.

Was a really nice discovery, prices are normal and acceptable. Meal was great big and tasty. Beer was good. Workers are polite, looks like a local pub that everybody likes, we will visit again ti try other meals. Would definetly recommend it. Cheers 🥂

Enjoyed a decent meal served by friendly staff, the burgers were bang on and they didn't mess about with the portion sizes. Couldn't find anything to complain about and the pub has character. Thoroughly enjoyed

Best bear garden in Quarry and Risinghurst. Very nice pub, welcoming atmosphere, recently refurbished to a high standard. Good place to go for a meal or social. Wide choice of drinks in a warm and relaxing environment with friendly bar staff. Definitely worth a visit.

Great atmosphere feels like a modern country pub. Food is well presented and tastes nice. Prices are very reasonable. Big space outside for sitting in cold weather and warn and cosy feel inside for those cold winter days. Staff are very friendly and welcoming always greeted as you walk in the door! Also child friendly!

Just had a fantastic Sunday lunch and can’t recommend it highly enough. Food was plentiful and delicious. Felt stuffed but had to force a pudding down because they look so good and it was so worth it.Service is really friendly without being intrusive.Will definitely be back.
