Very polite young man knew his ales, gave me an ale I very much enjoyed. Pricey at £5-30 pint, very nice though. Ale was called Time better spent.

Delightfully cozy pub with delicious daily menu offerings and friendly staff. Great outdoor seating with a laid back atmosphere. A true neighbourhood gem tucked away in a quaint corner of town!

Visited here in November, lovely pub with a beautiful outdoor area to match! Looking forward to visiting again in the summer as it would be lovely to sit out in the warmer weather. Had some excellent TAP beers and couldn't fault the staff. Really enjoyed and can't wait to return again.

I can't say enough good things about this pub in Oxford. It's an absolute gem of a restaurant complete with great selections of their own Tap Social beers (some of the best beer I've had in the UK), a great menu and super reasonable prices. Their Sunday roast and Christmas Dinner spreads are exactly what you're looking for when in the mood. The fact they are a hospitality social enterprise puts it on an even higher level that you'll just have to stop in! Heart warming good flavours.

We have been going to Tap since it was just a brewery and tap room, and were thrilled when they opened the White House as well! We like to order a few sharing plates to start the meal, I recommend 2-3 between 2 people followed by a main (or just order the entire list of starters/sharing plates!). This is such a nice change from a lot of stodgy pub food where everything is frozen and flash cooked.Great beer, cozy atmosphere and amazing fresh local food, what more could you want?

A wonderful and welcoming community space with a good social mission. There was live folk music when we visited on a Sunday afternoon which was lovely and made the space lively and interesting. Sunday roast was very good as well. We will definitely be back again soon!

Amazing new place by a great group of people. The beer is fantastic and the food is great - good portions, interesting dishes and really great value for money. I love the coziness of the pub and the staff is friendly and approachable. Definitely going back!

Having a long weekend break in Oxford with the Mrs and hound and keep stopping off at this place as it's one of the few pubs near town that isn't rammed, has a good selection of beer, a decent vegan menu AND it's dog friendly, friendly staff, too. That's all my boxes ticked! 🙃

Great food, friendly staff and a fantastic drinks menu. Also great food.So far only had something from the Brunch menu but I can definitely recommend the French toast (pictured) and black coffee. Will be back to try more of the seasonal menus when possible.

The pub went through serious renovation as soon as it was managed by TAP. The interior part is pretty much the same like it used to be but the garden around is the big asset of the place now. You get this refreshing feeling. The menu has it's own style, it's not the typical British pub food therefore it is highly recommended to check the menu through their website (or photos provided in this review) before you visit the place. I am afraid there are limited dish choices and even more limited food selections for kids. The food overall is pricey but this is in accordance with the trend now days in Oxfordshire with all these gastro/special pubs. Just a note regarding the food, this "bite" of sausage role that costs 4,5 pounds is really a joke. The staff are very helpful, very polite and their manager should be really proud of them. I will definitely visit the place again and I hope their menu will be enriched in the near future.
