The William Morris in Oxford

What an iconic Wheterspoons, with loads of great pictures and stories dotted around the eatery. The great car builder William Morris had a knack for beauty and aesthetics in the 30's and 40's when building and advertising his motoring products.Food was as expected. The staff were great. The pub was in a good location. One drawback, parking is at the shopping mall across the road, so at a premium. Overall, 4 stars!

Run well by the staff and clean and tidy. Handy for a cheaper than normal priced pint of something. I do recommend Shipyard Pale Ale 🍺 💙

Nice weatherspoons, very good food and great portions, everything available (par from hot chocolate machine), some tables a little messy but to be expected. Good value for money.

I like it! Good spirits. Brilliant prices. These people don't think they are royals or something. Down to earth.

had several nice experiences at this pub, however this has been ruined by my last experience. Staff spoke to me and my friends with a rude and disrespectful manner and we were wrongfully accused of things we hadn’t done and refused service. i also asked for a refund for the drink i had already ordered but didn’t receive and this an easy ask was made to feel like a chore. I feel the situation was poorly dealt with and could have been communicated in a much nicer way, i have anxiety and the way i was spoken to and greeted with dirty looks by staff made me feel extremely vulnerable. i will not be returning to this pub and i am extremely upset with this experience.

Been going here for a while now, never had any issues with the place, food same as any other weatherspoons as generic foods, child friendly, just wished they had an outdoor space. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Typical spoons ,nice staff ,good pint and great value!!!

The breakfast was ok but not very hot it was just on the border of hot . Did not like the app could not change fried eggs to scramble. However the toilet's are one of the cleaness I've seen this year well done, staff helpful. 3 for food 5 for the rest . I was very tight for time so ate and run.

Fairly decent Wetherspoons pub, cooked breakfast was good. Nice staff too.Food much cheaper than the two Oxford City centre Wetherspoons, and much better too. Okay if you want value for money , against being somewhere nice! A few issues with people in there that seem to either want to draw attention to themselves, or just be annoying to others. I think. Recent visit... Good and food (main meals) excellent. Enjoyable.

Not a bad idea to go for a Sunday full breakfast. Good place to sit, good price as well
