Three Goats Heads in Oxford

Nice pub, but £4.50 for a small cup of chips is crazy. And it was really small.

Good food and the staff super friendly

Tucked away in a side street this cellar bar made a wonderful break from the hustle and bustle of nearby central Oxford. Real ale was well kept and served by friendly bar staff. Signs promote conversation instead of phone browsing, that's an extra star from me!

Visited for the first time in about 5 years - pleased to see that the downstairs room has been done up and is now nice and cosy. Was less pleased to see that a pint is now £6.50! I used to take friends here as it was cheap and cheerful - which is what I thought Sam Smiths pubs stood for - but I doubt I'll be returning when the beer is that expensive

It is a strange thing to find a traditional pub now in Oxford. Three Goats is still a very cosy and nice place to talk with a great atmosphere with a great selection of beers and drinks. Really enjoyable place here.

Probably the best pub in Oxford, with the most pleasant staff. Add to this Samuel Smiths beer, what more could you wish for? Over the road from the best shop in Oxford (see Arcadia)

A great pub with a wonderful vibe. The meat pie was great and the service was very quick and pleasant. Don't come here for a quiet conversation or a romantic evening (at least not inside) 😅

The food was great! The ambience was amazing and exactly what I was looking for - quintessentially British. The crowd was also keeping the bar going! Highly recommend this place for a very nice experience.

Lovely pub, bar staff very friendly. Great decor inside, has an old feel to it where it's very chilled and doesn't have music blasting out. A place to sit enjoy a beer (Samuel Smith's ales) and talk. Brilliant notices posted about digital detox 😁. Serves food which looked nice and seemed quite a popular place to eat.
