Top Wok in Oxford

Great food and service...only thing I didn't like is... I ALWAYS PAID £1.50 DEL (AND EVEN SPECIFIED THIS ON THE LEAFLETS)...Yet they have starting charging me more! If this is the case then put it on the leaflets as this is false advertising! (Ps..put it back to what I've always paid...thank you!)

Great takeaway, very quick and delicious. All tasted very fresh and well seasoned. Probably the best Chinese takeaway food I’ve had.

I sadly had to change this review from 5 star to a generous 3 star. Company seems to have changed owners and the quality of food has dramatically decreased

The food wasnt greasy and heavy like some Chinese takeaways. The spices an flavours were perfect. Our order arrived very quickly. Top wok was reasonably priced how ever, the portions sizes were a little small.

Have ordered a delivery, the woman on the phone can’t even take my address right. She definitely told me that the delivery takes about 45 minutes. When I call to check for the delivery , the woman in the phone was rude and speaking broken English. She shouted at me that she told each of her customers that the delivery will takes between 45 mins to an hour which she is lying. I have ordered Sweet and Sour King Prawn but didn’t taste any prawn in it but only the batter , the Tofu taste like it has been frying for many times, it taste really hard and the garlic and chilli chicken wings was so small and there is only five chicken wings in it. Overall the food is tasteless. Will never ever go back again. Very disappointed with the Service and the food.

When food arrived half was missing. Rang and asked what they would do as simply coming back with the missing good would mean the first lot would no cold. They agreed to resend the whole order. When that arrived half was missing. Got a full refund and we went elsewhere but this all took 2 and a half hours in total and we wanted to go out.

Disgusting will not order again. Ordered food at 7pm arrived at 8.40. Food cold, chicken balls soggy, egg fried rice tasted the same as plain boiled rice a disaster! Phoned them they sent out another meal and ironically that only took 10 mins to arrive !!!! Most of Food went in the bin as by 9pm, having ordered at 7pm we were no longer bothered to eat !.

excellent value. The special chow mein is a class above any other chinese takeaway in oxford. Food is usually delivered quickly and the one time it wasn't I was given a discount for my next meal. I would advise to not order the English dishes as the are pretty terrible here but the chinese food is very good

We ordered our food at 6.04pm, and didn't receive it till 7.35!! Disgusting! My friend and I had our 4 kids waiting, and when I spoke to them they said it had left ages ago. This was a lie, 3 times I called to see where our food was. Wen it finally arrived the delivery man told me that he just picked this up and that the lady always lies to the customers if the foods left or not. When I disputed the price, one man told me I better cancel my order then, but this is after waiting 15 mins extra already!!! NEVER ORDERING from there again!!!!!
