Incredible ambience, great service and equally amazing food.We ordered Pizza Piccante and Primavera, and slow-cooked lamb rigatoni. All of them were absolutely amazing - especially the Rigatoni. The service was great and they gave us complimentary Pasta crisps. The staff were very warm, welcoming and friendly. Overall, a great experience. Must recommend for a good Italian food.

When is quiet time Zizzi is a perfect restaurant. Service is nice and kitchen just perfect. Food is awesome everytime. Worth visit.

Starting with the service, impeccable. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and we didn't at any point feel crowded.I had the beef and mozzarella arancini which was well balanced with a lovely sauce which complimented the dish nicely. The pepperoni pizza was packed with flavour, had a wonderful base. A simple classic cooked to perfection.I had a brownie for dessert which was a wonderful end to a lovely meal.It was just a shame about the decor which was tired and, in places, needs replacing. All in all a wonderful lunch and a great experience.

We had such a delicious meal here, the food is of high quality and very tasty. We had pepperoni pizzas which had an authentic Italian taste and really delicious pepperoni. The dessert of salted caramel brownie was also delicious and not overly sweet. However what really made our visit was the friendly and professional staff, Miga and her team really looked after us. Highly recommend a visit.

Nov-21 What they serve is good. The (Italian) food range is limited but that's a good call. Hot spicy pizza hit the spot. Service a bit slow, hence three stars but if you have time, a good place for lunch

Had the Christmas-Menu twice (3 courses for 22,50£). Starter was amazing. Main course (pizza for me) had the ingredients distributed unevenly, but that's really minor, look and taste was fantastic. Dessert was not to my liking, the coke was less sweet than that and that is simply "too sweet" for a German.Fifth star is deducted because once the place filled up, service became a mess and we where barely noticed at all.Pro Tip: Order the Cocacino for Kids. Adds 0£ to the bill but forces them to come to your table.

Such a pour customer service, I felt like we were not welcomed at all. Staff looked like they were there as a punishment and not attending. Food was ok for me but my friend didn't like it and sent it back. Manager then went in to an argument with my friend, as well he said to my 8year old that he felt sorry for him to have a father like that.. absolutely disgusting attitude!!

Food was okay. Not for everyone's taste. We had garlic bread with mozzarella and mushroom brindisi for starters. And the main course was rustica pepperoni campagna and tagliatelle short rib.

I have eating out at Zizzi's many times and it is definitely one of my top places to eat at. Weekend away in Oxford, Saw there was a zizzis close so booked in and I am glad I did. Have never had an issue with the food, staff or the service, always been great. The menu is great, ranging from pastas to great pizzas & calzones. Salads for the healthy people. Lots of starters to chose from. Also have a meat & fish main menu. For starters I always order the garlic bread with caramelised onions as it tastes so dam good. Calzone for main. Cooked perfectly and once again tasted amazing but alot more filling than I have had in bedford which was great. Had the tiramisu for dessert and this really is one of the best tasting tiramisus i have had. Can not remember the waiters name but he was such a lovely guy. Will visit again.

We love Zizzi’s menu. Enjoyed the lunch. Calamari were not as good as we had at other Zizzi branches. There was an extra charge on the bill of £6 which I almost didn’t notice as we ordered a lot but one of us noticed it so had it sorted.
