Must have been taken over because the quality and quantity has gone down the drain, used to be my regular and used to drive across town to go there but now charge an arm and a leg for wet cod and barely any chips. So disappointing.

Never usually one to leave a review but what a wasted trip to grab some chips used to always use this chippy. Now I won’t this is a larger portion of chips which would normally feed 5 people but this size defo wouldn’t waste of money and rude owners!! Bring back the old owners

Great kebab, so so fish n chips. The only I could fault is the chips, quality and the oil it's cooked in makes it look and taste weird. But still a 5 start as the kebab is a top job

Good quality, great food & all round value for money. The staff are friendly & listen to your orders intently. Also you must wear a mask before entering the premises. Definitely worth 4 stars out of 5.

Went here yesterday and a portion of scampi and a portion of the salt & pepper squid.It was outstanding; both portions were cooked perfectly: nice crispy batter on the outside and soft in the middle.They offered us huge portion for the money, well wrapped up and in eco friendly paper packaging. The service is as it should be: efficient, professional and welcoming. Was well impressed with the experience, hence why making this review.Both me and my wife have put this fish and chip shop as Best we have Ever Had. We will most certainly return here and order a-lot more on our next visit to Portsmouth.Thank you whoever served us on 14th June 2021.

Horrible kebab was greasy barely cooked chips tasted raw and weren't salted well at all WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Food was half

I used this place for the first time a couple of days ago and I was very impressed, they have a vast array of menu items all of which sound amazing. The people are very polite and patient and also double checked our big order. They also threw in a couple of extras which was a bonus. They are far better than our local chip shop which we have been using for years be we will definitely be going here from now on even if it means travelling a bit further

Excellent service, my mum pre ordered online for me to collect and deliver to my family members who were shielding. I was unaware they did not accept card payments and did not have enough cash to cover the full cost. The staff were very understanding and allowed me to take me full order, advising me I can pay what I was short next time. Really thankful for this.
