Algarve's Grill in Portsmouth

Everything superb - food, drink, service.Great authentic Portuguese menu. 5 of us visited and all equally happy with our tapas starters and main courses.

We had the most fabulous and reasonably priced lunch there today. The food was beautifully cooked and presented and the flavours were excellent.The restaurant has a relaxed and very individual ambience and the staff, particularly our young waitress, were delightful.We’ll definitely be back(again) and highly recommend the experience to others.

Staff were brilliant, food was delicious and they catered really well for my partners food intolerences. The Portuguese lager was great, the wine also lovely and went well with my fish dish. The atmosphere was great not to loud but a friendly buzz of people enjoying themselves. Highly recommend

We saw this restaurant online and decided to dine here while visiting Portsmouth.This Lovely quaint Portuguese restaurant was busy but very friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.We were seated and served promptly,Food came out pretty quick too.We ordered the following Tapas dishes to share between 2 Adults:Humus Bread Olives 📷With a touch of olive oil.Rissois de Queijo 📷Cheese patties served with Portuguese style homemade tomato sauce.(Very Tastey😋)Grilled Haloumi 📷Served with tomato and olives, drizzled with pure olive oil.Falafel Goats Chesse 📷Mushy chickpeas with spices, served with caramelised onions.Traditional MeatballsBeef meat and onions cooked in a spicy rich tomato sauce served with toast bread.Side of FriesDrinksSuper Bock DarkGlass of house whiteWe almost ate here again the next night.When the bill came we received a 20% off food discount card.📷We definitely revisit when back in town.

Once again a pleasant place to have a good meal...The staff is friendly and helpful.Will return for more...

Great food, nice staff and good prices!

We loved it here, booked for the afternoon for my mums birthday. The food was amazing, the sangria fantastic and the staff so lovely. We will deffinately be back.

Went there with my friends and we all enjoyed the food and great service. The portion were quite generous.

5 starsPrices are very affordable , and very good portions and most importantly the food is delicious, excellent with nothing to point out, very friendly staff. We'll be back more often for sure!
