Not sure if I went on a bad day but I feel the menu is overpriced, they didn't have a drinks menu, they had problems with their taps so asked for water which also had problems! My food had a long hair in it and for the price of the food, the duck I had was average. Its okay, but I wouldn't choose to go here again.Good stuff - attentive service, great presentation and atmosphere and the cocktail my partner had was tasty. Felt a 2* was too harsh so went for a three.

Can't fault the food , the fish was delicious, great service, will return.

The food here is exceptional. Many places aspire or claim to be high end; this place lets it’s good do the talking. I could not fault any element of any dish. Very, very talented chef in this kitchen. Will definitely be going again

Food is good. Tasty. Vibe is weird. Ambience does not match the price. Wonky table, dicky light and trashy music playing. Service good

Visited Monty’s at the weekend with a small group of friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed lovely cocktails and delicious food. I would definitely return to try other dishes on the menu.

Superb restaurant. Delicious food. Great staff. Was apprehensive about the place, completely unfounded and would recommend dining here. Courteous staff who were more than happy to oblige with any requests. If you’re a whisky/bourbon person then their Old Fashioned is one of the best I’ve ever had. Food was delicious and the portions were more than adequate. Not the cheapest place to dine, but wanted quality food and drinks and they certainly delivered! Thanks to Fabio and his staff for a great evening and we will return.

Great night! Weren't planning on stopping in here, we were let down by another venue. However, service and atmosphere were absolutely fantastic. The GM is the best bartender, mixed up cocktails like an artist and is genuinely funny. Will definitely go back .
