Fantastic food. Authentic curry. Salik and the team have always provided brilliant service to me, my friends and family whenever we go. If you’re looking for a place with good food, and good atmosphere than this is the place. If you don’t fancy sitting in they also do takeouts too. Trust me the takeaways are as good as the sitting in meals. Fresh, hot and lovely. Pompeys and Southseas premium Indian 👍🏽.

Sauce was great but unfortunately I ordered a lamb dish and not one with vegetables disguised as meat instead. Feel as if I've been made a fool of. I'd rather be charged more than be cheated.

Really sad. Before covid this was our "go to" restaurant. Sadly after this visit we'll not be going back. It looks tired, indifferent staff, rude manager and a website that advertises deals that they haven't been doing "for over 2 years". There are so many great restaurants in Pompey they can't afford to be like this.

Usually on sea side im looking for fish and chips. Its above Marina Bar where we was on breakfast, and belive me for dinner go straight there. Amazing quality indian food. Very nice served by friendly staff. Definetly will visit again if i go to Portsmouth👌

I've used this restaurant on many occasions and always enjoyed it , but tonight service was shocking two members of staff were very rude and unhelpful .The food was outstanding but unfortunately I won't be returning as this wasn't a pleasant experience

3 of our group of 9 ordered the Duck chef's special yesterday. We were convinced majority of the meat was liver and only one or two small strips was duck meat. The menu did not say liverwas in the curry dish. The sauce was bland. No spices but very salty. Too salty. The waiters were not customer friendly. We spoke with 2 waiters who came back to our table and said the chef confirmed there is no liver in the ingredients. 2 other people in our group examined and tasted the meat and agreed it was liver. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Delicious food that was definitely very authentic and reasonably priced. Staff were so friendly and helpful, plus the actual restaurant is in a really cool location. This was a fab find and we will definitely be back!

We were a party of 10 when we visited last night. Have eaten in here several times just a shame it's a £30 taxi ride home or it would be my restaurant of choice. Food is top quality as was the service. I had Beef Syhlet and it was fantastic, the beef was as tender as you'd like it to be and the gravy had such flavour. My wife said the same about he Lamb Bhuna. We were meant to be back again tonight but have had to postpone till next week. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely lunch. Menu isn't your typical "curry house" as quite a lot of regional dishes and chef specials as well as the typical classics like Dhansak, Tikka and Dupiaza.Large group of us including small children, staff were very good in making us welcome and looking after our needs. Great that they also have lots of lunch time special deals and deals to include starter and mains etc at reasonable prices. Probably slightly more expensive than a regular curry house but the food of a much higher quality and standard. We will definitely be back!
