Bowlplex in Portsmouth

Great family day out. Bowling followed by a stint in the arcade. Even better now you can wear the shoes you arrive in.

Disgusted at the customer care received due to a mix up in a booking that could have been resolved in a matter of moments. If i need to make a change to my booking tomorrow evening and told to message customer service, what good is this if you can’t get back to me in five days!!!!!

We arrived very late for our booked session due to unforseen circumstances. The manager was able to arrange for us to still play on a busy Friday night. Brilliant service. Will visit again soon.

I booked a vip party for my sons birthday, the bowling was OK balls got stuck a few times. The service wasn't great at all, late to start bowling as they were busy, didn't see the host apart from the beginning we were basically left on our own we had to ask for our drinks. I felt like I was constantly running around after the staff and then they messed up the food order and then destroyed my cake while cutting it. Although we did get a discount and apologised to a lot I don't think it was worth the money we did pay. Won't be booking another party with you.

Fun place, pre book lanes if possible. Can order drinks to the late. Toilets, arcade and bar all located in area. Lots of fun had

Wonderful atmosphere, plenty of lanes, very friendly & helpful staff, the cocktails are absolutely delicious & we didn't have a single issue with pins getting stuck or the screen miscounting shots (which has happened at most other bowling alleys I've been to). The have plenty of deals on too for each day, I definitely recommend visiting!

Had my son 13th birthday party with his friends. Was looked after by Ellis, she was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will coming back again soon. Thank you so much for your wonderful service Ellis, we all had a brilliant time. You're a star 🌟

Booked a VIP package for a team event. The bowling itself was fine but the level of service was not. The Manager was very apologetic but needed to get his team in order.

Good selection of games& activities. Pool table had a slight roll but overall good, drinks were good and bowling also looked good. My only complaint is table 3 on the roulette, nobody use table three.

Although the kids had a great time, they are understaffed meaning they couldn't provide food during our game and having booked 2 games online, there wouldn't refund the second game after the children had had enough. In hindsight, it's probably better to book 1 game and add another when you're there. I didn't think it'd be an issue. The games they issued in voucher form will unlikely be used so feel it's an expensive way to waste money if you have a few of you going for a bit of fun. I've not had this issue with other bowling companies so thing l stick to them in future. The kids had a great time though.
