Buffalo Cafe Restaurant in Portsmouth

Got the saddest "large" chicken shish kebab. About five pieces of thinly sliced dry chicken.

The food is decent, but only worth buying because of the price. The customer service, however, is poor. I was sent the wrong order, was told it wasn’t their problem and was hung up on while trying to find a solution.

Good food but recent price increases are crazy. So no longer on my recommendation list. Portion sizes also small considering the increased cost. Longer walk to Yummies it is then...let me add if I wanted twice cooked chips I would have gone to Ken's..so good food as the saviour is out..

Totally disgusting smoking pretty much inside the shop all the smoke going back inside

Pretty good food I got myself some chicken strips and chips I got a drink aswell (Apple Tango) Tango wasn't damaged and tasted fine chips were nice tho a bit bland and the chicken was amazing. All and all 9/10

We were served very quickly and staff were nice, very good location as it's near to all the pubs in Portsmouth.

Chicken diner lamb diner mix tonight. Tiny bits of meat and hardly any salad. Won't be going back!

Not my usual place for a chicken kebab but while I was waiting a homeless person walked in explaining that he was hungry. Without hesitation or comment the staff whipped him up a kebab which he was thankful for.This is rare in modern life so fair play to Buffalo Restaurant, the kebab was tasty too.

If I could rate lower I would, ordered two pizzas with notes and both pizzas were wrong. When I rang to explain, I was told there was nothing that could be done and if I wanted what I actually ordered, I would have to re-order through under eats which basically means I'll probably have the same problem as the first order. Customer service was so bad and the lady couldn't wait to get me off the phone. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Do NOT order from here. Food turned up with a HUMAN BITE taken out of the burger. Partner started to eat hers as it was okay and she told me to have a bite. The burgers are gritty and dry. There is no flavour and the condition is disgusting
