Caffe Nero in Portsmouth

Stopped off for a coffee and a cinnamon swirl. All good. Nice cafe. Good service. Nothing outstanding to warrant five stars but a perfectly serviceable Nero!

Blueberry muffin moist and scrummy. Hot choc a bit below par, normally theirs (out of all coffee shops ) is the most chocolaty. They need to replace cushions.

Visited this cafe for a quick coffee yesterday. I experienced some of the worst customer service ever. The older lady with short hair working behind the till was extremely bossy and rude. I am never using this store ever again. Made me feel very angry. I hope management read this and up their game 👎🏻 If you guys want a coffee use Pret or the pop-up shop in the centre of the shopping court.

Sad to see how quiet it was just 2 days before Christmas. Nice iced coffee, and clean setting.

After waiting for 10 mins with only 1 other customer in front of us waiting as well whilst someone else was served got told was quening at wrong end and up being at of queue because of 2 other customers quickly went to correct end as they turned up.Both me and the other customer had no idea which end was the start of queue so end up at the back of the quene.

Very nice place to chill out and have coffee. Gunwhaf Quay outlet staff is very nice and friendly. Coffee is quite good either hot or cold selection.

Pleasant for a quick bite to eat and coffee. The food and drink was really good, but the staff could be a little more professional, and a little faster. They looked a a bit untidy and the till area is a bit messy. If the staff upped their game it would be a 5 stars!

Good quality well made drinks from friendly members of staff! It does get very busy in there and the wait in the queue is very long at times, but i have always found the drinks to be well worth the wait!
