Service and food lovely, but be aware that the price of there wine has gone up in the last 6 weeks not a lot but something to think about when budgeting.

Can't fault this place! Excellent service..staff were very attentive and knew their menu. Delicious food...at a good price. We don't go to Portsmouth very often...but would definitely go back just to visit this particular "Carluccio's" again. Thank you so much.

Excellent, shared entrée which was great as a starter. Great choice in meals, good wine not bad value as they go for a restaurant. Staff were brilliant, friendly cheerful and helpful. Staying at hotel got 10% discount which equates to tip well worth it.

The food was really nice but bear in mind, it is an Italian restaurant so if you're looking for burger and fries, this place is not for you! They have a good range of pasta dishes and they do have an 8oz sirloin steak but no fries. The service was great, they were friendly and efficient. It was really busy but we were still served with a smile.

Had a great lunch today. Food excellent and we were well looked after by our waitress Vanessa. Would return again.

Lovely Italian restaurant set within the gunwharf quays. Good food menu to choose from, a reservation for a table near the window is recommend as a great view of the Spinnaker Tower can be enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Popped in on a Saturday morning for coffee and pastry. The first pastry was reheated and burnt as a result tough. Helpful waiting staff replaced with a cold pastry which was very stale. Meanwhile, the manager ignored the entire restaurant while he chatted with 2 male customers for the 20 minutes of my stay. He appeared while I was waiting to pay, after paying, I politely mentioned the pastry was stale. Rather than apologising he addressed me as "my dear" while telling me there was nothing wrong with the pastry!!!! A chain restaurant that has lost its way - avoid.

Had really odd baked goats cheese appetizer - thin slice of goats cheese with strange large lump pf cold brown sauce on it. Not great. We had a fairly decent mushroom risotto but unforgivably (for an Italian restaurant) overcooked spaghetti. Roast potatoes were too greasy.

Visted on New Years day, food was good, reasonably priced. Restaurant decor was a tad bland though. Waiter was friendly and attentive, was clearly new to the job and did mess up my order slightly but cant say she was bad by any stretch. Would return but not my first choice if it came to it.
