This was a old favourite of ours but unfortunately went down hill. Thankfully it is now being run again with the food and service excellent. We will definitely be returning!

A fave regular local haunt of ours. Great value for a midweek grill. Clean and usually nice atmosphere. (Shows the footie too on big screens! So can get busy & rowdy on footi days if your not up for that). Staff lovely. 👍

Long wait on food, but it was great. The challenges are brilliant, lots of options for kids and chicken mix was really nice. Little toy machines for children to play. Staff were also friendly, thank you 😊

·

Was really disappointed with the wait for food, trying to keep to young grandchildren occupied, was first told 30min wait, then staff came up to the table after we got our drinks and said going to be an hours wait.Your pub wasn't even full, I've been in the trade and the excuse was you only had 1 Plancher, if you can cope with a half full pub hate to think what wold happed if you were full, and as for the food, the children's potato's was packet mash.

Booked a table for 13 ppl every meal was spot on not one mistake not one cold meal, food gets a 8/10 and everyone was very satisfied so it's definitely going to become a regular destination for me and mine. Also I'd like to say kerri and Dan were great always smiling always happy to help 10/10 for service. If you want I nice family meal with great atmosphere this is the place.

2nd time turning up for a tribute act with the new managers and just a shambles once again. They can’t be bothered to reserve tables even though you have booked. Customer service is average and awkward but can tell the place has gone down especially with the crowd and trouble they seem to be pulling in now. And implementing the 9pm curfew for under 18s is ridiculous especially since we go as a family. Just a shambles really, can tell the managers are inexperienced and need trainingTo the reply : there was a group of 15 of us, not 2. Not one of us enjoyed the tribute act. We also ended up sitting on a RESERVED table since they didn’t show up, and there were also several ‘reserved’ signs on tables in the tribute act area so the fact that you are saying that you didn’t reserve tables isn’t completely true, as I saw a number of guests turn up and be seated to reserved tables.

Brilliant pub. Service is good and the staff seem friendly. The food was, for me at least, perfect pub food, it was incredibly well priced and had a very generous portion size. If your looking for a real deal, go on Fridays and get 25% off their challenges, you get an extortionate amount of food for a small sum.If your looking for a cheap and sizable bite to eat, I would definitly recommend.

If you are hungry. Try the flaming challenges! I had the big Mexican. Nice kick to it. Service was good. Prices really reasonable too.

I really enjoyed myself with family kids and relatives. Nice food, good prices, great service, good beer! The only problem was how full the place was - but I understand why!

Slow with drinks , and lot of things off menu apparently run out , starter lovely the main was served with burnt warmed up chips , put me off my whole meal and my mother in law had a meal with fries and she.got the warmed up chips as well. Serving staff were amazing and friendly ,so I didn't cause a fuss , maybe stuff weren't available but rather than be honest food could be recycled.
