A very nice coffee shop to spend time chatting with friends. Staff are superb, coffee delicious and location Central.

One of my favourite coffee shops in Southsea. They have a great selection of hot and cold drinks and great food options including vegan.

I wish some the seaside coffee peeps would come to coffee#1, and learn what great coffee tastes like.Lovely atmosphere also.

Way better than than the big chain's ( you know the ones I mean)

Ordered a regular sized coconut cappuccino and an oat flat white (to go). The cappuccino was lukewarm and half full, with poorly frothed milk. Both drinks had a burnt espresso taste to them. Disappointing.

I visit Coffee#1 most weeks and always have a pleasant experience. Staff are friendly and make great coffee. Their fresh cakes etc change often so there's lots of variety. Price is comparable to Starbucks - I prefer the coffee here though. Has a nice chill vibe with the dark decor.
