Super friendly ladies served me at 7.20 am...clean place, liked the thick porridge, had a good breakfast

A handy Costa right next to Portsmouth and Southsea station to get a quick coffee fix before getting a train. The establishment is pretty big inside considering it looks smaller outside. I experienced a quick, friendly service when ordering and found a table quite easily. Due to the location of this Costa, I would imagine it gets very busy at peak times but that wasn't the case when I went in. Overall one of the better Costa coffee shops in Portsmouth.

One of the friendliest baristas I've met! Really good coffee and helped me through the menu as I don't go for coffee alot, I believe she was shortish, brown hair and was really bubbly! Came in at 2pm and she was great, I can't wait to come in again!

Felt very safe, nice and clean lovely lady serving us, felt for her though, as only one taking the orders then doing them. We were lucky as not really busy but was by the time we left there was a queue

Clean and well setup. Knocked a couple of stars off as used the app to order, noticed the staff member was on their own and I wanted to apologise and to take their time, no rush for mine and had the most sarcastic grumpy face on behind the mask. Shame really.

Costa serve their coffees with plant milk with no additional charge - Feel grateful for that!! Always pop in for a little cortado in here, I like the friendly skillful staff, not as busy as another Costa in Commercial Road - which gives you a chill environment! Keep up.

A better than average branch of the chain with a few seats outside to watch the world go by. The staff are quite attentive and helpful. The menu is the same as at any branch of the chain.The only downside that we had was that they did not appear to clean the outside tables as much as those inside.Basically you get what you order promply in a friendly manner. A decent coffee shop.

Small shop, but great costumer service, the best I have ever experienced in Costa so far. Kristian, the barista maestro, was making everyone laugh and feel comfortable. My cappuccino was simply perfect. I will start having my daily coffee there from now on!!
